Your comments are important as only through these objective observations and remarks of yours, we are able to measure our performance and improve aspects of service if necessary. We are regretful to learn that your perception of our resort did not comply with your needs.
We as a team put a lot of effort to maintain the highest standards of service to let our guests feel most valued.
We lament not being informed, as also our reports on logbooks of our reception desk is proving that no such remarks we had from you and particularly the suite number in which you were staying in. We read reports of amenities brought to suites almost every day of whole month of July. We do can assure that one of these suites was receiving our daily amenities too.
No reports of any maintenance or such as any request of a mini bar to be filled is mentioned throughout your stay in any of our reports. A facility that we offer immediately to all our guests if they would like it so. All our sites are making it clear to all our partners that we offer only mini fridge and not fully stocked mini bar to All inclusive guests of our Hotel.
Our Hotel, would like to let you know is offering all kind of arrangements such as BB, HB or even ALLIN , meaning that we do have the possibility of offering to all our guests alternatives of a la carte restaurants, three in our venue , not including our snack-bars, pool-bars or a la carte beach bars.
No information is pointed to our system as we keep all records for any remarks of all of our guests, that a guest had asked -requested a fully stocked mini bar. Our all inclusive catalogues for all our departments offer more than 25 sorts of cocktails and long drinks,
as well as branded beverages/juices etc.
Ice cream is free offered, a Greek famous ice-cream brand, the whole day, to all our restaurants and snack bars.
Coffee and cakes are between the hours of 12:00noon to 18:00hours , offered to our kind guests to all our departments again, in the hotel and around the venue.
Our snack bar offers 5 different sorts of salads for All inclusive guests and 4 different type of sandwiches starting from 10:00am to 23:00hours.
You as an all inclusive guest, have had the opportunity of using the swimming pool of next door Hotel, if you would like more busy- noisy, allow us to say, moments in a very well occupied area of our Olympic size pool.
Our private area of the Theophano Pool is big enough for to comfort all our 400guests,situated on the more isolated side of our Hotel, something that hundreds of guests are coming regularly only for this specific privilege they have, the isolation,.. offers relaxed and very quiet moments to all guests that would like to enjoy their vacations this way.
All our Guests, and especially All inclusive guests, have a 25% discount to all consumptions in any of all our 7 departments in our GHotels venue.
All our Guests upon check in receive bottles of water in and out of their rooms, as well as that they are welcomed with wine and fruits, any time they want it , and is served to all departments of our Hotel.
All our Guests, as well as All inclusive guests, are offered sunbeds, umbrellas free of charge to all our private beach and pool areas.
Kids Pool is also free of charge for all kids and parents, around GHotels venue.
We lament the fact that we did not have the chance to hear from you, exactly what you mean by giving us an example of an attitude of anyone offering his or her services to our Hotel to all our beloved guests, as the vague definition of "unfriendly staff" does not help either side to substantiate a clear answer. We will be more than happy to have your exact report to this statement of yours, as we assure you that we will be quick and to the point by giving an excuse to your appreciated remarks. Dear guest Christina B, sadly our reports once again show no comment or any complaint from any guest of ours, concerning any person in our team, started from 2nd of April till the 31st of July.
That is something that we can certificate back to you as our Hotel runs a Service/Safety ISO program, meaning that all detailed data of the performance for each of our co workers, is surveyed and given written to my office day by day.
