4인 가족이 이용했는데 난방시설 좋고 화장실도 깔끔했습니다! 2층 라운지에서는 맥주,물,커피,간단한 과자를 무제한으로 즐길 수 있어서 좋았어요:) 객실내에 있는 냉장고 속 술들도 전부 무료! 물은 4명이라 그런지 아님 원래 그런지는 모르겠는데 4병 주셨구요! 추가하면 하나에 100엔 이지만 2층에 물이 있어서 그거 떠갔습니다ㅎㅎ 또 연박하는 동안은 청소 서비스가 유료라 쓰레기 처리는 2층 분리수거 함에 버리셔야 합니다! 체크아웃 하는 날은 객실안에 두어도 괜찮다고 하네요 체크인할때 안내 종이 한국어 버전으로 주시니 그거 잘 확인하시면 되요~ 체크아웃은 2층 가면 카드키 박스가 있으니 넣어두고 가시면 됩니다! 존크 호텔 하카타는 한국인들이 90퍼 정도 이용하는 것 같았습니다🤣 하카타역에서 걸어서 10~15분 정도 걸려서 역 이용하는데에는 문제 없었습니다 다만 방음이 좀 많이 안되는 점이 있습니다 숙소 근처에 유명한 야끼니꾸집이 있는데 여기는 꼭 가보시길 추천드려요ㅎㅎ 웨이팅 많아서 꼭 여행가기 2~3달 전에 예약 하시길... 사촌언니랑 2박3일 후쿠오카 여행 하카타역 도보6분 거리에 위치한 리브맥스호텔 2박 머물렀어요~ 일단 숙소가 저렴해서 좋았구요 위치도 하카타역,캐널시티 접근성이 좋았어여~ 주변에 로손,세븐일레븐이 근처에 있어서 편리했어용 생각 했던 것 보다 숙소의 크기가 둘이서 2박 머물기에 나쁘지 않았어요! 내부도 에어컨도 빵빵했고 깔끔했어요! 체크인,체크아웃 할 때 직원이 상주하고 있어서 편리했어요 후쿠오카 다시 오면 재방문 의사 있습니당~!!

일단 캐널시티랑 붙어있으니까 너무 편하고 좋앗어요 돈키호테 안가도 여기 드럭스토어 약국 있어서 여기서 사서 집들어오기너무 편하고 후쿠오카 맛집 9곳 정도가 호텔 지하1층에 모두 입점되어있어서 아주 편해요 무인양품도 바로앞 캐널시티에 있고 라멘스타디움도 캐널시티에 있고 분수쇼는 원할때마다 볼수있고 로비에서 통유리로 직관가능하고 이거만으로도 충분히 후쿠오카 호텔로 여기가 최곤데 직원들이 넘 친절해요 ㅎ 예약할때 미슐랭 예약을 메일로 부탁했는데 꼼꼼히 요청사항까지 다 대신 해주셧고요 생일이라고 특별히 방에 케이크도 주셨어요 ㅎ 공항에서 택시탔는데 2200엔 나왔고 ㅎ 하카타에서 항상 숙소 예약했었는데 나카스 근처로 와봤더니 오히려 밤에 강변 산책도 가능하고 텐진쪽도 더 많이 가보고 ㅎ아주 즐거웠어요 날씨가 너무 덥지만 않으면 걸어서 가도 괜찮아요 ㅎㅎ 저흰 일부러 하카타 까지 걸어봤는데 20분걸렸고 더웠지만 즐거웠어요 ㅎㅎ 방안에서본 캐널시티 뷰도 좋앗습니다 ㅎ

위치가 진짜 너무 좋고 텐진미나미 역에서 서 12b 출구로 나오면 에스컬레이터도 있어서 힘들게 짐을 들고 오르락내리락 하지도 않아도돼요 역에서 숙소까지 거리도 가깝고 직원들도 너무 친절하고 다른 호텔과 다르게 카페트도 아니고 마루바닥이여서 너무 좋았어요 텐진 쇼핑거리도 가깝고 텐진쪽에서 할 수있는건 가까워서 다 만족스러워요 OTT도 되지만 로그인을 하여야하고 유튜브만 로그인해서 봤는데도 다른 불편함은 없었어요 다음에도 후쿠오카 가게된다면 코코호텔로 또 갈거같아요 잘 묵다갑니당🤍

텐진에서 쇼핑 위주 여행이시라면 위치가 최적 3인 숙소 가성비가 좋았고 딱 옛날 고급버젼 호텔 느낌이라 연식이있고 여행객보다 나이있으신 분들이나 점잖은 분들을 많이 마주쳤어요. 1개는 싱글침대가 아니라 그냥 베드여서 걱정했는데 침대가 다 탄탄하고 잠이 잘왔어요ㅎㅎ 사진상으론 침대밑이 넓어보였는데 캐리어 펼 공간은 없어요. 복도 지나다보면 객실안 소리가 다 들ㅕ서 방음은 잘 안되는편이나 시끄러운 사람들이? 없었는지 객실에 있음 괜찮았어요. 드라이기가 약해요. 메인창문은 안 열린ㄷㄴ데 작은 창문은 열수있어요

디럭스룸 예약 비대면 체크인으로 메일받은 링크로 미리 투숙객 등록 해놓으면 빠르게 체크인 가능합니다. 공동현관 비번과 이용호수비번이 화면에 나오면 사진 찍어 저장하고 사용하시면 됩니다. 체크인 완료하면 등록메일로도 이용비번정보가 도착합니다. 방 2개 복층구조로 한방에 더블침대2개씩 총4개 입니다. 이불과 베게 충분하고 포송포송 했습니다. 요이불 세트가 여분이 옷장에 있어서 사용 가능 합니다. 부엌에 식탁과 전자레인지 냉장고 있고 찬장에 컵들과 그릇이 서랍에는 4인기준 식기류와 조리기구 하부장에 냄비류가 있습니다. 세제와 수세미는 배치 되어있고 가위가 없는게 아쉬웠습니다. 가스레인지 사용 가능하며 거실이 넓고 베란다에서 입장료 내고 들어가야하는 정원 라쿠스이엔이 보입니다. 스미요시신사가 가까워서 산책 다녀오기 좋습니다. 거실이 넓고 일본TV 시청 가능합니다. 건너편에 세븐일레븐이 있어서 atm과 간식거리 사기 좋습니다. 캐널시티와 하타카역 중간 위치로 성인걸음으로 도보로 10분이내 이동 가능합니다. 화장실은 한개이고 욕조와 샤워기 같이 있고 불투명문이 있습니다. 바디워시,샴푸,린스,바디타월, 일회용칫솔, 손비누, 수건 넉넉하고 세면대와 변기가 수납장으로 공간을 구분 했습니다. 변기와 세면대가 문으로 분리 되지 않은점이 아쉬웠습니다. 세탁기가 있고 일회용 세제가 있어서 사용 가능 합니다. 옷걸이와 다리미 청소기가 있습니다. 물을 통에 채우는 형태의 정수기가 있었지만 사용은 안했습니다. 거실은 시스템 냉난방기 방은 벽걸이 냉난방기가 있습니다. 가정집 형태로 넓고 쾌적하고 조용합니다. 청소년과 부모님이 함께 하는 가족여행에 적 극 추천합니다. 마지막날은 5분거리 야오지호텔 온천탕가서 피로를 씻어내는것도 좋았습니다.
