위치는 좋지만 환기는 불가능
위치가 진짜 대박이에요. 나리타공항에서 넥스(나리타익스프레스)타고 시부야역 내려서 10분만 걸으면 바로입니다. 체크인할때 직원분들도 정말 친절하고 짐 맡기는 시스템도 잘 돼 있어서 체크아웃 후에도 편하게 맡길 수 있얶어요. 화장실도 깨끗하고 냄새도 안 나서 너무 좋았어요 ~ 근데 문제점은 내부 환기가 안 돼서 먼지가 대박 많아요ㅠㅠ 이번엔 친구랑 왔는데 다음번엔 남편이랑 오게되면 이용할만큼 만족스러웠어요! 추천합니다 ㅎㅎ

스카이라이너를 이용하기 좋은 게이세이 우에노역과 우에노역이 가까워 대중교통 이용이 굉장히 편리했습니다. 또한 뷰가 너무 예뻐서 밤낮으로 뷰 사진을 많이 찍었네요!!☺️ 다만 룸 청소가 3일에 한 번이고, 날짜가 잘 안맞으면 여러 날을 숙박하게 되었을 때 룸 청소를 받지 못할 수도 있습니다. (청소가 없는 날에는 새로운 수건을 문 밖에 걸어놔 주십니다.) 화장실이나 침구는 청결해보였으나, 벽면이나 책상 같은 곳은 눈에 띄게 먼지가 쌓여있어 아쉬웠습니다. 환기가 전혀 되지 않는 구조라서 청결에 예민하시거나 답답한 걸 잘 못 견디시는 분은 오래 묵기에는 무리가 있지 않을까 생각이 듭니다. 추가적으로 혼자서 방을 쓰다 보니 뭔가 제일 작은 방으로 배정받은 느낌입니다. 방에 캐리어를 펼쳐둘 곳이 협소해 좀 난감했었습니다. 그치만 단점들을 상쇄할만큼 뷰나 접근성이 정말 좋아서 도쿄에서 쇼핑 목적으로 여행 숙소를 고르신다면 만족하실 것 같습니다. 오피스텔 위에 호텔이 있는 구조라서 20층부터 투숙객들이 프라이빗하게 지낼 수 있어 안전하다고도 느꼈습니다. 1층에는 세븐일레븐이 있어서 편털하기도 정말 좋았어요!!😁 다음에도 도쿄에 쇼핑하러 간다면 또 이용할 것 같아요.🤍
방은 좁지만 온천이 그 단점을 모두 없애준다
성인 남성 2명 침대2개로 일반룸 잡았더니 방 자체는 확실이 좁습니다 각자 캐리어 놓으면 자리가 거의 없어요 자는데는 문제 없고 어메니티도 매일매일 잘 옵니다 호텔은 거의 잠만 자는 사람에게는 매우 추천합니다 옥상에 온천 있는데 매우매우 만족합니다 새벽 2시까지 하는데 오히려 애매한 초저녁 시간대에 들어가면 사람 아무도 없어서 더 좋습니다 사진처럼 야경 시티뷰도 매우 좋아요 신주쿠 역에서는 거리가 조금 됩니다만 여러 도시를 돌기에 신주쿠역만 가는것도 아니고 근처에 가까운 다른 역으로도 잘 갈 수 있어서 딱히 불만은 아니었어요 여름이 아닌 다른 계절에 갔으면 걷기에도 좋을 것 같아요 결론적으로 저는 매우 만족합니다 다시 신주쿠쪽으로 여행 간다 했을 때 또 이곳으로 잡을 것 같습니다

첫 도쿄여행 남자친구와 도쿄에서 묵을 숙소를 고르던 중 위치도 괜찮고 가성비도 좋아보이는 비아 인 아키하바라로 예약했습니다. 설레는 마음으로 비행기를 타고 전철로 숙소에 도착하여 체크인 전/체크아웃 후에도 짐을 맡겨 주셔서 미리 맡기고 돌아다녔어요 ~ 생각지도 않게 22층에 시티뷰로 묵게 됐네요 ! 잠옷도 준비 되어 있어서 따로 안 들고 가도 될 것 같아요 (남자친구는 2xl인데 상의는 널널했고 하의는 타이트 했어요 🤭) 외출 후에 돌아오면 진짜 더운데 에어컨도 틀어 놓으셔서 진짜 행복했어요 ㅠㅠ 아키하바라까지 5분이면 걸어가니까 위치도 참 좋았습니다. (호텔 나가서 오른쪽으로 가면 샛길이 따로 있어요) 연박이라서 외출하고 오면 침구류 정리, 새 수건과 실내화, 잠옷 다 정리되어 있네요 ☺️ 전 28인치 캐리어라 펼치기가 어려웠지만 저보다 작은 캐리어를 가져 가시면 괜찮을 것 같아요 화장실은 조금 좁았지만 어메니티가 잘 되어 있어서 3박 4일 동안 잘 사용하고 갑니다 !

여자 혼자 도쿄 첫 여행이었습니다. 위치는 정말 좋았습니다. 저는 한 번 헤맸는데 토세이 호텔이 다른 곳도 있으니 구글맵에서 헷갈리지 않게 가시길! 3시 체크인이었으나 2시 40분 정도에 도착했을 때 체크인 바로 가능했습니다. 영어가 능통하시진 않지만 친절하시고 번역기를 가지고 계셨습니다. 일본 호텔은 확실히 방이 작긴 했지만 저는 혼자 사용해서 불편함은 없었습니다. 화장실 변기 앉을 때 키가 크신 분들은 불편하실 것 같아요. 체크아웃은 짐 맡길 일 없다면 엘리베이터 앞에 있는 은색 박스? 에 넣고 그냥 가도 돼서 편했습니다! 방음 문제는 딱히 못 느꼈고 매일 청소 서비스가 있었으나 저는 수건만 따로 받았습니다. 여러 명이 사용하는 다른 룸은 어떨 지 모르겠으나 혼자 여행이라면 이 방을 추천드립니다.

긴자에서 성수기에도 비교적 저렴하게 숙박할수 있는 호텔이예요. 규모가 작고 오래된 부티크 호텔인데 앤틱한 디테일이 재밌어요. 코너룸인 디럭스룸으로 숙박하시길 추천드려요! 룸사이즈도 작지않고 욕조 크고 욕실 귀여워요. 체크인시 메구리즘, 휴족시간 등등 어메니티 마음껏 골라갈수 있어요. 바로 앞에 패밀리마트, 코너돌면 로손 있고 긴자역 메인거리까진 도보 10분정도 - 팡세권이예요
나름 나쁘지 않아요
위치는 나쁘지 않아요. 근처에 전철역도 있고 맛집도 있고 편의점도 있어요. 밤 늦게 돌아다녀도 안전하더라구요. 하지만 엘리베이터 바로 옆 객실은 최대한 피하세요. 문 열자마자 침대고 정말 엘리베이터 한걸음 거리 방이라 최악이거든요. 어메니티는 필요한 만큼 1층에서 가져올 수 있어 좋습니다. 사진 속 바나나쥬스집은 꼭 가보길 추천합니다. 원하는대로 커스텀이 가능해 정말 맛있는 바나나쥬스를 맛볼 수 있거든요.
남자 1인 숙박 추천.
위치는 신주쿠 유흥가 근처라서 놀기엔 좋습니다. 기본적으로 1인실이라 좁습니다. 캐리어 펼쳐둘 공간이 없을 정도. 남자 혼자서 잘 생각이라면 추천합니다. 비흡연실로 예약했는데 흡연실을 받았습니다. 같이 간 일행들은 4층에 배정받았는데 저만 9층이라 뭐가 다르지 싶었는데 위층이 흡연실이었던 모양입니다. 비흡연실이 가격이 더 싸서 이상하다 싶었는데 아마도 바뀌여서 표시가 된듯..? 방에 비치해둔 스프레이를 뿌리니 한결 낫더군요. 창문은 기본적으고 못열게 손잡이를 빼두었던데 힘으로 돌리면 돌아가긴 합니다. 코인세탁기는 엘레베이터에서 내리면 2층 로비에 직원들 서있는 반대방향으로 들어가면 안쪽에 있습니다. 세탁기30분코스 300엔 (세제 50엔 별도), 건조기30분에 100엔(최소1시간은 돌려야됩니다). TV는 안켜지던데 객실밖에 VOD기계가 있더군요. 유료였던모양.
