호텔이라는 명칭에 걸맞는 시설 운영과 서비스
주변에 여러 지인들로부터 추천을 받고 방문해 보았는데 역시 아이들과 함께 방문하기 아주 좋았습니다. 추석 황금 연휴에 방문해서 상당한 가격을 지불했지만 그에 합당한 시설과 서비스를 제공하고 있었습니다. 객실과 화장실 모두 아주 깔끔하고 청결하게 관리되고 있었습니다. 디럭스 헐리우드 룸에 묵었는데 층고가 높아서 답답하지 않고 아주 쾌적했어요. 호텔이라는 명칭에 갈맞게 직원분들 모두 전문적이었고 친절했습니다. 아이들 위주의 숙소는 다른 부분을 포기해야 하는 경우도 있는데, 여기는 그렇지 않았네요.

보트체험, 트니트니 어드벤쳐, 직원 친절함까지 부족함이 하나도 없는 여행이였습니다. 숙소는 세월의 흔적이 보이지만 깔끔하게 관리 되어있습니다. 식당이 하나 뿐인것이 좀 아쉬우나 메뉴가 여러가지며 메뉴 하나하나 다 맛있어서 아기와 가기 좋습니다. 또한 아이와 함께하는 가족 타겟이다 보니 식당에 어린이 의자와 식기가 잘 구비되어 있습니다.

숙소자체는 우풍이 좀 있어요 보일러는 잘되서 제가 간날이 비오고 갑자기 좀 추웠는데, 뜨끈하게 있었어요. 근데 카트로 다니는 곳인지 몰라서 아버지가 몸이 불편하셨는데, 언덕 오가는것 때문에 외출을 못 하셨어요 카트는 체크인, 아웃때만 제공되고 요청드려봤더니 해주실거같긴했어요 언덕자체는 그리 힘든 언덕은 아닌데, 연세 있으신분들 동행하시면 동선은 한번 생각해보셔야할거같아요 알파와앵무도 첫날은 비가와서ㅠ 제대로 못가고 다음날 아침에 걸어서 다녀왔어요 운동되고 좋았는데 카트 타야되는분들은 제약이 있을수있어요 경사가 좀 있어요 그래도 조경이 넘 잘되어 있어서 좋았고 수영장은 없는줄 알았는데 여름에 가면 넘 좋을거같아요 먹는건 좀 아쉬워요 포장이 다 되는게 아니여서 포장이 되면좋을듯 합니다

산에 위치해 있어 자차가 아니면 이동이 조금 불편할 수 있지만, 그만큼 프라이빗한 별장에 온 느낌이 확실히 들었습니다. 체크인 시 직원분들이 빠르고 친절했고, 오르막길은 카트로 픽업해주셔서 이동도 편했습니다. 체크아웃 때도 로비에 요청하면 바로 픽업해주셔서 좋았어요. 저희는 포레스트 B 타입 객실에 묵었습니다. 사진보다 더 프라이빗했고, 복층 구조라 층고가 높아 답답함이 전혀 없었습니다. 1층에는 더블 침대와 작은 선반, 조명이 있어 아늑한 분위기였고, 거실에 세면대가 따로 있어 편리했습니다. 냉장고도 일반 호텔보다 큰 편이었고, 생수도 인원수대로 구비되어 있었습니다. 2층은 침대 2개와 조명, 안락의자가 있고 큰 창으로 햇볕이 잘 들어와 다락방 같은 감성이 인상적이었습니다. 다만 연식 때문인지 화장실에 약간의 곰팡이, 해진 소파, 좁은 계단은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 저녁은 숙소 식당을 이용했는데, 가격도 괜찮고 맛도 좋아 외부로 나가지 않아도 충분히 만족스러웠습니다. 저녁 후 방문한 별빛 정원은 숙박객 전용 바코드 티켓으로 입장 가능하며, 넓은 정원에 조명이 예쁘게 설치되어 있어 산책하기 좋았습니다. 조식은 작은 뷔페 형식으로 한식, 샐러드, 빵, 과일, 시리얼, 컵라면 등으로 구성되어 있으며 메뉴 수는 많지 않지만 간단히 먹기에는 무난했습니다.☺️ 스파는 내부탕 3개와 노천탕 1개로 구성되어 있고, 어메니티와 파우더룸 시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어 여유롭게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 전체적으로 프라이빗한 분위기와 부대시설이 만족스러웠고, 다음에 가평 여행을 간다면 다시 방문하고 싶습니다.

트니트니 수업 1회 할 수 있는 패키지였는데 아이가 너무 좋아했습니다. 나이대별로 나눠서 수준에 맞게 수업해주었고 선생님이 즐겁게 해주셔서 선생님 보러 또 오고 싶다는 후기를 이야기 해주네요. 왜 여러번 와서 듣는지 알 것 같아요. 80분동안 엄마아빠도 푹 쉴 수 있어 모두가 만족스러운 호캉스였습니다. 모든 방이 북한강이 보이는 것도 좋았어요. 조식은 가짓수가 많진 않고 평범했지만 아이가 어느 곳에서보다 맛있게 먹었어요. 야외에 아주 작은 썰매장과 눈썰매장이 있어서 소소하게 산책하고 놀기에도 좋았습니다. 다음에 또 합리적린 가격으로 패키지가 뜨면 가고싶어요.

숙소 청결하고 아늑하고 따듯해서 좋아요~~ 서울에서 가까운 곳으로 기분전환하러 갔는데 매우 성공적이였습니다!! 스파에서(별도비용 지불) 따듯하게 몸 녹이고 숙소와서 밥먹고 쉬고 힐링 잘하고 갑니다. 산책할 곳도 많아서 따로 여행코스 안알아봐서 편했어요 조식도 포함이었는데 그래서 좋았습니다! 직원분들도 다 너무 친절하십니다ㅎㅎ나중에 또 가려구요

입실할 때부터 직원분들이 친절하게 응대해주셔서 좋았고 카트로 체크인 체크아웃을 도와주시는 세심한 서비스를 제공해주셔서 정말 좋았습니다. 독채로 되어 있어서 독립적인 나만의 공간을 사용할 수 있어서 온전히 쉰다는 느낌을 받았고 자연속에 있어서 더욱 심적 안정감과 편안함을 느꼈어요. 층간소음도 없고 자연속에 있어서 각종 소음으로부터 해방 돼서 정말 좋았습니다. 쌀쌀한 날씨에도 보일러 트니까 외풍 없이 따뜻하게 지낼 수 있었어요. 요즘 호텔들은 어메니티 제공 안 하던데 여기는 제공해주셔서 좋았습니다. 어메니티들이 향도 좋고 사용감도 좋았어요. 침대도 정말 편안했고 티비도 스마트모니터라서 각종 ott 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다. 여기가 김혜자 손석구 배우 출연한 드라마 '천국보다 아름다운' 촬영지라는 걸 입실할 때 직원분께서 알려주셔서 알게 되었는데 촬영지인 와일드가든, 별빛정원 실제로 보니까 신기하고 재밌더라고요. 이런 무료로 즐길 수 있는 액티비티가 있어서 좋았습니다. 평일에는 조식으로 뷔페식 대신 샌드위치를 제공해주시더라고요. 무료로 제공해주신 조식 치킨샌드위치와 커피 그리고 자몽에이드 정말 맛있게 먹었어요. 무료로 제공해주시는건데 이렇게 신경써서 만들어주실 줄은 몰랐어요. 빵부터가 좋은 재료 썼다는 게 느껴졌습니다. 안에 소스도 맛있고 곁들여진 샐러드와 과일도 정말 맛있게 잘 먹었어요. 모든 게 만족스러웠고 다음에 가평오게 되면 그때도 꼭 더스테이 힐링파크 이용하겠습니다. 편안하게 잘 쉬다가요. 감사합니다.

20년 지기 대학교 동기들과의 모임 장소로 선택하게되어 다녀왔어요^^ 가평 펜션 단지에서 좀 동떨어져 있지만 그만큼 프라이빗하고 리조트 안에서 즐길 수 있는 것 들이 많았어요~ 특히 숙소가 가성비 좋더라구요^^ 침대가 3개나 되서 잠도 잘 잤구요~숲속에 있어 완전 프라이빗합니다. 다소 아쉬운 점은 치킨 한마리 배달이 안된다는 점이에요ㅠㅠ 아쉽지만 미리 장을 꼭 보고 입실학시길 추천드려요~ 숙소 내 편의점에는 주류 판매가 안되고 있어요! ㅋㅋ
