좋았던점:첫번째 콘도 사용했는데 방 하나가 문닫으면 아예 빛이 차단되어 아직23개월인 잠환경에 예민한 아이가 푹잠!(집에서도 모든빛 차단해서 재움) 두번째 조식이 매우맛있음 ! 특히 양념게장맛집; (뭐든 다맛있긴함) 가자미생선구이는 간이안되어있어서 아이도 같이 먹기 좋았음 키즈메뉴존 따로있음 전체적으로 간이쎄지 않아 슴슴하게 먹는 우리가족에겐 매우 만족 세번째 키즈카페 키카를 가도 볼풍공은 피하는 편인데 여기는 매일 세척한다해서 안심하고 놀았음 네번째 뷰 좋았고 관람차도 저녁에보면 너무 예뻣고 일찍일어나는 아이 오전에 산책하기 좋았음 단점: 셀프체크인 위주 3시정각되면 열림 인포 직원분들 그리 친절하지 않음 식탁모서리에 모서리 쿵방지를 해놓긴했지만 입실부터 떼어져서 바닥에 있었음 얼마나 떼졌다 붙었다 한건지 더러워져있었음. 찐 뷰맛집 인정합니다!!
가족들끼리 추석에 여행가자고 급히 예약했는데, 영랑호리조트에 운좋게 큰게 남아있더라구요. 코너자리여서 창문 하나엔 설악산 울산바위가 보이고, 나머지 거실,주방,작은방,안방까지 모두 영랑호가 보이는데. 안나가도 그 자체가 여행이더라구요. 정말 감동이었습니다. 담에도 또 오고 싶은 리조트여요. 넘 감동적이라… ㅜㅠ 이 곳에서 가족의 추억 또 하나 쌓고 갑니다. 너무 감사드려요! ^^

속초 여행하면서 체스터톤스 호텔에 숙박했는데 전체적으로 만족스러웠어요! 객실이 깔끔하고 관리가 잘 되어 있어서 들어갔을 때부터 기분이 좋았고 침구나 내부 상태도 전반적으로 깨끗해서 편하게 쉬었습니다. 호텔 자체가 규모도 있는 편이라 부대시설 이용하는 재미도 있었어요😆 수영장도 생각보다 괜찮았고 사우나도 있어서 여행하고 피곤할 때 이용하기 좋았습니다. 숙소 안에서 쉬면서 즐길 수 있는 시설이 있어서 가족여행이나 커플여행으로 와도 괜찮을 것 같아요. 차를 가지고 갔는데 주차도 편리해서 좋았어요. 여행할 때 숙소 주차가 불편하면 은근 스트레스인데 그런 부분은 크게 신경 쓰지 않아도 됐습니다. 그리고 모바일로 체크인하면 직접 객실을 선택할 수 있어서 원하는 위치나 층을 고를 수 있는 점이 좋았습니다. 다음에 가더라도 모바일 체크인으로 할 것 같아요. 전체적으로 객실 컨디션도 괜찮고 수영장, 사우나, 주차까지 편해서 만족스럽게 이용했습니다. 속초에서 깔끔하고 편하게 묵을 숙소 찾는 분들께 추천할 만한 곳이에요. 다음에 속초 갈 일이 있으면 재방문 의사 있습니다 :)

24년에 1회, 25년에 2회, 26년에 1회 이용했습니다. 모두 조식 포함된 패키지 이용했고요. 속초 강릉 양양 고성 쪽을 연 1~2회정도 가는데 갈 때마다 만족합니다. 침구도 좋고, 객실 상태도 좋고, 조식 맛있고, 서비스도 좋아요. 요청 사항 말씀드리면 항상 친절하게 응대해주십니다. 무엇보다 방음. 진짜 와... 창문 열어뒀더니 밖에서 공사 소리 나길래 오늘 잠 다 잤다 하면서 창문 닫자마자 조용하고 고요해서 이렇게까지 좋다고?? 했습니다. 진짜 항상 만족하는 숙소라서 다음에 속초 일주일 살기 할 때도 찾아가려고요.

가족끼리 편하게 머물면서 설악산과 속초 여행을 함께 즐기기에 꽤 괜찮은 리조트라는 생각이 들었습니다. 무엇보다 건물 뒤로 펼쳐지는 설악산 풍경이 이곳만의 가장 큰 매력이에요. 설악산 아래 자리 잡은 한화리조트 설악 쏘라노는 속초 바닷가 바로 앞 숙소는 아니지만 오히려 설악산, 미시령, 척산온천 일대를 함께 여행하기에는 위치가 좋은 편이에요. 조식도 풍성하고 맛있고 너무 공기도 좋고 가성비 최고였던것 같아요. 워터피아 여기 너무 넓고 좋아요 신나게 놀았어요.

지인들과 아이 한 명을 포함해 함께 떠난 여행이었는데, 편안하게 휴식을 취하며 물놀이를 즐기기에 정말 좋은 곳이었습니다. 3층 주차장이 로비와 가까워 이동이 편리했고, 객실과 부대시설도 전반적으로 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 주말 체크인 시간에는 대기 인원이 많아 50분 이상 웨이팅이 있었던 점은 조금 아쉬웠습니다. 그 외에는 모두 만족스러운 여행이었고, 가족이나 친구들과 여유로운 휴식을 계획하시는 분들께 추천하고 싶습니다.
