서울 신라호텔에서 호캉스 정말 대만족이었습니다! 호텔 시설이 깔끔하고 훌륭한 것은 물론이고, 무엇보다 직원분들이 너무 친절하셔서 머무는 내내 대접받는 기분으로 편안하게 쉬다 올 수 있었습니다. 조식도 미리 신청해서 먹었는데 먹을것도 많고 맛도 너무 좋았습니다. 역시 서울 최고의 호텔답습니다. 다음에도 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶네요.

[체크인&체크아웃] 체크인은 15시부터입니다. 체크아웃은 레이트 체크아웃이 가능한 패키지로 구매해서 15시까지였습니다. 체크인 할 때 CGV 영화 티켓 두 장도 선물로 받았습니다. 럭키 드로우 행사로 디퓨저도 받았습니다. 보증금은 없었습니다. [객실] 트윈 베드가 있는 기본 객실로 배정받았습니다. 뷰는 영등포 역이 보이는 방향이었습니다. 욕조는 따로 없고 샤워만 가능합니다. 객실 안에 생수병 대신 정수기가 있습니다. 환기가 잘 안 되었는지 먼지가 많이 날렸습니다. 겨울에는 난방만 작동하여 더울 경우 창문을 열어야 된다고 합니다. [부대시설] 피트니스 시설 말고는 특별한 게 없습니다. 로비층에 환전 자판기가 있습니다. 라운지도 있으나, 패키지에 포함되지 않았습니다. [주변환경] 영등포 역과 지하 통로로 연결되어 있으나, 아침과 밤에는 이동할 수 없어서 밖으로 나가서 걸어야 합니다. 타임스퀘어 쇼핑몰은 엘리베이터만 타면 바로 이동할 수 있습니다. 문래동 창작촌과도 도보 10분 거리에 있습니다. [조식] 조식은 1인당 45,000원인데, 조식 포함 패키지라 추가로 결제하지는 않았습니다. 시간은 6:30~10:00인데 6시 40분에도 사람이 꽤 있었습니다. 컨티넨탈 메뉴보다는 한식에 공을 많이 들인 것이 느껴졌고 맛도 좋았습니다. 쌀국수도 주문해서 먹을 수 있습니다. [총평] 크게 아쉬운 건 없었습니다. 가격에 비해 객실이 살짝 좁고 욕조가 없는 게 아쉬웠지만 위치가 좋고 조식도 만족스러웠습니다.

가성비 호텔입니다. 조식 무료이니 꼭 챙겨드세요!! 여러번 왔는데 메인메뉴도 그 때마다 바뀝니다. 조식 시간은 7시-9시 30 인데 저는 늘 7시쯤 갔더니 음식 신선하고 좋았어요. 특히 아침에 입맛 없을 때 야채닭죽 완전 맛있고 국도 맛있어요. 모닝빵 브랜드 어딘가요?엄청 부드러워.. 그리고 체크아웃은 10시에 하면 엘레베이터 붐비니 20분 일찍 하는걸 추천드리고 캐리어 없으면 비상계단 이용해서 내려가도 좋습니다. 10분 도보 신세계백화점, 롯데백화점, 타임스퀘어, 10분 도보 맥도날드 10분 도보서울대교 건너면 여의도공원, 30분 걸으면 한강이니 꼭 이용해보세요

일단 호텔이 영등포역에서 너무 가까워서 찾아가기 쉬웠어요!! 체크인 할때 로비 직원분이 너무 친절하셨어요~ 룸도 업그레이드 해주셔서 더 편하게 지냈어요!! 고층으로 배정 받았고 룸은 작지만 깨끗하고 깔끔했어요 화장실도 변기와 샤워할 곳이 잘 분리 되어있고 그대신 문 하나로 닫아서 써야해요 그리고 새면대는 침대와 너무 붙어있지만 미닫이 문이 있어서 세면대 부분까지 닫아서 쓰면 침대에 물이 튈 걱정은 없어요~~ 침대도 폭신폭신 하고 고층이라서 전망이 가릴것 없이 너무 좋네요~ 내려다 보는 철길도 새롭네요! 기차소리랑 전철소리가 좀 나긴 하지만 신경쓰일 정도는 아니였어요~ 너무 잘 쉬었다가 왔어요!!

다른 숙소에 비해 저렴한데도 조식이 포함되어 있어서 좋았고요, 파자마 대여나 빗, 비누같은 어매니티도 1층 로비에서 가져갈 수 있어 괜찮았습니다. (칫솔은 없었어요) 룸 컨디션이 좋았고 특히 화장실이 정말 깔끔했어요. Tv는 ott가 나오진 않았습니다. 침대도 푹신하고 냉장고도 딱 작은 호텔용 냉장고 크기라 쓰는 데 불편함이 없었어요. 방음은 제가 귀가 어두워서 괜찮았지만 예민한 분들은 좀 불편할 수도 있습니다. 옆집 도어락소리 정도는 들려요. 저는 굉장히 만족했고 다시 올 의향도 있습니다. 일본 기업 호텔이라 모든 설명에 일본어가 친절히 기재되어 있었습니다. 그 점이 일본분들에게 장점이 될 거라 생각합니다. 他の宿に比べて安いのに朝食が含まれていて良かったですし、パジャマのレンタルやくし、石鹸のようなアメニティも1階のロビーで持って行くことができて良かったです。 （歯ブラシはなかったです） ルームコンディションが良かったし、特にトイレが本当にきれいでした。 Tvはottが出ていません。 ベッドもふかふかで冷蔵庫もちょうど小さなホテル用冷蔵庫の大きさなので、使うのに不便がありませんでした。 防音は私が耳が暗くて大丈夫でしたが、敏感な方には少し不便かもしれません。 隣のドアロックの音くらいは聞こえます。 私はとても満足しましたし、また来る意向もあります。 日本企業のホテルなので、すべての説明に日本語が丁寧に記載されていました。 その点が日本の方にとって長所になると思います。 (日本語は翻訳機を使いました)

롯데월드타워가 한눈에 보이는 전망이 정말 인상적이었습니다. 평소에는 길거리에서 올려다보던 롯데월드타워를 객실 안에서 여유롭게 감상할 수 있어 특별한 경험이었습니다. 특히 밤이 되면 화려한 야경이 더해져 객실에서 보내는 시간마저 만족스러웠습니다. 로비는 깔끔하고 고급스러운 분위기로 첫인상부터 좋았으며, 전반적으로 시설 관리가 잘 되어 있었습니다. 무엇보다 롯데월드와 바로 연결되어 있어 이동이 매우 편리했습니다. 재입장도 1회 가능해 아침부터 신나게 놀다가 오후에는 호텔에서 잠시 쉬고, 저녁에 다시 입장해 퍼레이드와 야경까지 즐길 수 있었습니다. 롯데월드를 제대로 즐기기에 최고의 위치를 갖춘 호텔이었고, 가족 여행이나 연인과의 호캉스를 계획하신다면 만족도가 높은 숙소라고 생각합니다.

쿠셋으로 예약했었는데 슬리퍼2로 룸 업그레이드 해주셨다. 장점 1. 무엇보다 객실의 감성과 분위기가 뛰어나다. 외출하지 않고 객실에 계속 머무르고 싶을 정도로 좋았다. (열차분위기 조성용 모니터는 tv측면 하단에 버튼이 있을텐데 한번 클릭하면 메뉴가 나오고 다시 꾹 누르고 있으면 꺼진다. 오전8시에 저절로 다시 켜지니까 거슬릴 것 같으면 아예 뒤에있는 콘센트를 뽑아버려도 된다. 나중에 다시 꼽으면 정상적으로 영상과 노래가 나온다) 2. 메인공간에 스크린tv가 있는데 침실에도 커다란 tv가 코앞에 있다. 사운드바의 소리도 설정만 잘 하면 준수하게 나온다. (모든 음향효과를 끄고 스탠다드 모드에서 베이스만 3단계 정도 올렸을 때 가장 밸런스가 좋았다.) (유튜브 로그인은 다른 프로그램 때문에 자꾸 팅겨지기 때문에 'TV 코드로 연결' 기능을 활용하면 편리하다.) 3. 자쿠지에 씨솔트도 하나 받아서 좋은경험을 할 수 있다. (온도조절 손잡이와 수압조절 손잡이가 있는데, 둘 다 최대로 땡기면 미지근한 물이 나오고 온도조절 손잡이만 최대로 땡기면 수압은 조금 약해지지만 뜨거운 물이 나온다. 이때 수압조절 손잡이를 조금씩 땡기면서 온도조절을 하면 된다.) 4. 침구류 좋고 자는공간에서 불을 전부끄고 에어컨도 끄면 거의 완벽한 암막상태가 된다. 단점, 개선점 1. 청소상태의 디테일이 아쉽다. 2. 샤워기 호스부분에 물이 샌다. 3. 어매니티에 면도기가 없다. 생각지도 못한 룸 업그레이드를 받아서 정말 기분이 좋았고, 특유의 분위기와 감성 때문에 외출하지 않고 객실에서 쭉 머무르고 싶게 만드는 그런 호텔.
