• User Guide

◦ The swimming pool can only be used by customers who have applied for use at the time of check-in. (First-come-first-served basis)

◦ In order to use the swimming pool facilities comfortably, the swimming pool cannot be used during BREAK TIME.

◦ Please note that it may be difficult to enter the pool at the desired time due to the limited number of people per time.

◦ For the comfort of our customers, the number of visitors per time is limited to 70 people, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation.

◦ The swimming pool can be used once during the stay (once per night).

◦ Please check the hotel website for more information on using the swimming pool.

Additional note: Due to pool occupancy restrictions, pool packages cannot be booked on the same day.

◦ Children: KRW 18,000 (37 months to 12 years)

※ If the pool is not operated due to bad weather, we will refund the difference. (Refunds are processed for 1 adult)
