The Suites Hotel Jeju

Sweet Hotel Jeju does not have disposable toothbrush sets or shavers in the rooms due to restrictions on the use of disposable products.

• Location: Next to the garden on the 1st floor of Sweet Hotel Jeju (5 minute walk)

1. Opening period: Open all year round

• Swimming pool opening hours: 10:00 to 21:30 * Operating hours and hours may vary due to bad weather or hotel circumstances.

2. Notice of pool maintenance and closure in 2026

• Schedule: 3/18 (Wed), 4/16 (Thu), 5/20 (Wed), 6/17 (Wed), 7/15 (Wed), 8/26 (Wed), 9/16 (Wed), 10/21 (Wed), 11/18 (Wed), 12/16 (Wed)

• We ask for your understanding that the swimming pool is closed for safe and comfortable use.

• The schedule may change due to bad weather or hotel circumstances.

3. Other matters

• Admission to the swimming pool: Free (for Suite Hotel or Bloom Hotel guests only)

• Number of admissions: unlimited

• Cabana: Paid (2 hours of use; hours of use may change depending on the number of concurrent users)

• Pool towel rental: 2 free towels per person (additional 2,000 won)

4. important information

• Restrict the use of large tubes (Only tubes of 120 cm or less in diameter, width, or length can be used)

• Use of equipment or toys that cause inconvenience to other customers, such as flippers, is restricted.

• Please be sure to follow the safety rules.

• Bringing in food from outside is restricted. (Baby food is an exception)

• Please note that renting tubes, life jackets, etc. is not a hygiene issue.

[Cabana usage guide]

1. Hours of use and fees

• Cabana: 40,000 won for 2 hours (July-August: 60,000 won for 2 hours/30,000 won for 1 hour)

• Hours of use: 10:00 to 12:00/12:30 to 14:30/15:00 to 17:00/18:00 to 20:00/20:30 to 21:30

• If you want to extend your stay, you can do so if you don't have a reservation (minimum hourly rate per hour)

• How to use: Advance reservation is required (same-day on-site reservations or use are also possible if there is no reservation)

• Cancellation policy: Free cancellation until 24:00 the day before; 100% fee for same-day cancellations

2. important information

• The maximum occupancy is 4 adults.

• Please keep your valuables in the safe or locker in your room.

• Please refrain from moving furniture within the cabana.

• Please refrain from bringing in food or drink from outside.

• Absolutely prohibited (if you smoke, you will be charged compensation for damages)

• Please wipe off any moisture on your body before using the sofa.

• For safety reasons, please refrain from running or jumping.

• Please be punctual.

[Hotel usage guide]

• The number of guests that exceed the capacity of the hotel room cannot be accommodated.

• Additional guests: KRW 40,000 per person per night (Family Terrace: includes 1 Korean bed)/No more than the maximum occupancy of the room

• Please be sure to check the standard number of people for each room when making a reservation. Check-in may not be possible if the room capacity is exceeded.

• Please cooperate with on-site guidance, such as banning parties within the facility. If caught hosting a private party, you may be evicted.
