Room assignments cannot be made in advance and will be made on site on the same day, so please check when checking in.

Free cancellations or refunds due to reasons of non-operation of Kangwon Land's general business site and resort business facilities are not possible, and they are handled in accordance with the general terms of use (cancellation policy).

Products included in the package may be offered as replacement products depending on site conditions, and refunds due to partial non-use are not possible.

Please check the operating status of the Hi-One Resort subsidiary business site in advance on the Hi One Resort website.

Please be aware that strict measures will be taken, such as refusing to enter the room when reselling a room after purchasing it due to a request from the resort.

Please clean up the kitchen and separate the garbage before leaving the room. Additional cleaning fees may apply depending on room conditions.

To maintain a pleasant room environment, please refrain from cooking or eating foods with strong odors such as meat and fish in the room. (Mountain clean room cooking not allowed)

In order to welcome guests with better facilities and quality, we are proceeding with guest room renewal work.

Additional guest rooms, food and beverage facilities, and shuttle buses will be operated during the construction period, so please refer to the High1 Resort website.

* Flexible check-in information

Type A — 13:00 ~ 09:00

Type B — 15:00 to 11:00

Type C — 18:00 ~ 14:00

When making a reservation with us, we accept the basic type B, but when the B-type quantity is closed, it can be randomly specified at a different time.

※Priority: Type B -> Type C -> Type A

The type is specified for each reservation, so please check the check-in time in advance. (Same-day site changes are not possible)

* Rewards Information

HI1 Rewards points can only be earned when booking and purchasing directly through the brand's official channel, and cannot be earned on products purchased through travel agencies or sales agencies.

(This product cannot be earned with Hi-One Rewards.)
