[User Guide]

• Bayhill Pool & Villa is non-smoking throughout the building, including all guest rooms, for the following guests:

• Pets are not allowed to stay in the room for other guests.

• Please note that minors are not allowed to stay without a legal guardian.

• Our hotel operates a four-season heated pool “Secret Oasis” (exclusive use) for hotel guests on a first-come, first-served basis. (There is an additional cost)

• Please contact the front office in advance. (Tel. 064-801-9000)

• An additional charge of 110,000 won (per session) will be charged when using the heated pool water in the room.

• Pool Hot pool reservations can be closed early on a first-come, first-served basis, and reservations must be made at least 1 day prior to use. (Same-day reservations and cancellations are not possible)

• To ensure the smooth use of hot water in the room, the heated pool can be watered every day between 13:00 and 19:00. (Water supply is not possible after 7 p.m. to the next morning)

• The in-room jacuzzi (including hot/cold water) can be used free of charge 24 hours a day. The use of bath salts is prohibited when using the jacuzzi and swimming pool.

• For hot water reservations and questions, please call 064-801-9000.

• If the number of additional guests exceeds the standard number of people, a bedding set will be provided once for 33,000 won (per person per night). However, only the maximum number of guests per room type can stay.

• Preschool children can stay in the room for free, but a separate bedding set is not provided.

• (Studio type rooms can accommodate up to 1 preschool child, and other rooms can accommodate up to 2 preschoolers.)

• The standard for preschoolers is 0 to 7 years old, and they are considered adults from age 8. (When age is applied, 0 to 6 years old and under, considered an adult from age 7)

• The additional cost of bedding is 33,000 won per set (a free bedding set or crib is provided when requested by customers with children under 12 months)

• Breakfast usage information (full meal): Narnia Restaurant (25,000 won for adults)
