[User Guide]

• ★★ Reservations must be made for one's own stay and must be registered in the name of the actual guest. It cannot be transferred to another person, and the name cannot be changed. ★★

• All rooms can be self-catering, with the latest appliances and wine cellar

• 3 bedrooms, 1 living room, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen (46 square meters)

• Free baby equipment rental (must be requested when booking a room; limited quantity)

• Free parking and quick/fast charging facilities for electric vehicles (for a fee) are available for guests

• Earn and get discounts when paying at major stores after signing up for a resort membership

• During the winter season, the swimming pool is open for indoor use only.

• If you take express bus 151 from Jeju International Airport, you can get to Jeju Shinhwa World all at once.

[Tammora Swimming Pool User Guide]

• Opening hours: Indoor 09:00 - 21:00 Outdoor 10:00 - 19:00

• Notice of regular closure of Tammora's outdoor swimming pool: From October 15, 2025

• Can be used once a day

• Can only be used during the stay (not available before moving/after check-out)

[Precautions]

• Before using the swimming pool, please pre-register guest information using the QR code in the check-in notice.

• The maximum concurrent capacity is 100 people indoors and 100 people outdoors, and admission may be restricted if the number is exceeded.

• Underwater photography using GoPro or other action cams or mobile phones in the pool is prohibited.

• Please be sure to wear clothing made of swimwear, and shoes other than aqua shoes are not allowed.

• Drinks other than water, baby food, and glass bottles can be used in the pool, but food and drink cannot be brought in from outside.

• Children under the age of 12 must wear a life jacket and be accompanied by an adult.

• Infants under 36 months must wear waterproof diapers.

• For safety reasons, only tubes with a diameter of 1M or less can be used in indoor pools, and swimming equipment (flippers, snorkels) cannot be used.
