• Same-day reservations are non-cancellable and non-same-day bookings are subject to the cancellation fee policy listed.

• The photo and the actual room used may differ due to hotel circumstances, and refunds are not possible due to this.

• Pets are never allowed to stay (if caught, they will be forced to leave the room without a refund)

• It is the customer's responsibility to confirm the correct date of use, address, and room type before payment, and refunds due to customer mistakes are not possible.

• If a reservation is unavoidable due to accommodation circumstances, the reservation may not be processed, and in this case, the amount paid will be 100% refunded.

• Minors who are not accompanied by a legal representative (parent or guardian) cannot use it, and reservations made by minors who are not accompanied by a legal representative (parent or guardian) are not refundable.

• If the maximum number of people is exceeded, you will not be able to enter the room.

• If lost items are found, they are stored for 1 month, and food is immediately discarded.
