• Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham Pyeongchang will be regulating the use of disposable plastics due to applicable government guidelines starting in 2022.

[Notice on staying with a dog]

#Dog-friendly rooms are sold separately, so please reserve a pet-friendly room if you are traveling with a dog.
(It is a designated room and is separated from a regular room; it is absolutely not possible to stay with a pet in a regular room.)
1. For the safety of dogs, you cannot leave them alone in the room.

 Please be sure to accompany us when you go out. (Please be aware to prevent noise complaints.)

2. Information on equipment and rental items

 * Room amenities: pet cushion, tableware & water bowl, toilet board, defecation pad (2 sheets), disposable bags (2 sheets), pet shampoo, pet towel (2 pieces), pet stairs

 ※ Please return the rental item to the front desk when checking out.

 ※ If lost, an additional fee will be charged.

3. Acceptance criteria

 * Only dogs are allowed in the pet room (shared room), and other pets are not allowed to stay with them.

 * Only domesticated dogs under 30 kg can stay in the room.

 * Legally blind dogs (Taoist dogs, pit bulls, American Staffordshire terriers, Steffordshire bull terriers, Rottweilers) and aggressive breeds must wear muffs. Use of additional facilities may be restricted if not worn.

4. Room standards and additional charges

 * Up to 1 basic family per room (maximum 2 children) and 2 basic villa suites (maximum 2 children) are available.

 * If you add 1 animal, a fee of 30,000 won will be charged, and additional amenities (pet cushion, tableware & water bowl, toilet board, defecation pad (2 sheets), disposable bags (2 sheets), pet shampoo, and pet towel (2 sheets)) are provided.

5. Precautions when using public spaces

 * When moving within the hotel, be sure to use a cage or use a dog-only stroller for the safety of dogs and other guests. (However, guide dogs for the blind can be accompanied in any location.)

 * When defecating inside or outside the hotel, the owner must collect it himself.

 * You may be evicted if someone or another dog barks harshly or aggressively.

 * Dogs are not allowed to enter the breakfast restaurant (Sky Garden), so please take turns using a parent or guardian when using breakfast.

 * Additional charges will be charged for soiled/damaged room bedding, furnishings, and facilities.
