[User Guide]

1) Type A, Type B → Difference in kitchen structure (all rooms can be self-catering)

2) Bringing in dangerous goods is prohibited.

3) You can claim compensation if equipment is damaged or lost during your stay.

4) Please keep your valuables at the front desk, and we are not responsible for lost items not stored at the front desk.

5) For the safety of customers, the use of burners, fire plates, and electric grills in the room is prohibited.

6) When going out (sleeping), please check that doors and windows are locked to prevent theft and accidents.

7) Please clean up the kitchen and separate garbage for the next customer before leaving the room.

8) If you have any questions about decorating the room, please contact the front desk.

9) Decorations cannot be attached to the room through a decoration company.

[Pet room usage information]

The definition of a pet only applies to dogs, and only dogs weighing 10 kg or less are allowed to enter.

In addition to the standard dog, a fee of 30,000 won will be charged for each additional stay.

(Up to 2 animals possible/ Additional items provided: 1 tableware, 1 cushion-in-bed, 3 toilet sheets)

You must use a dog cage to move in public areas other than the guest room.

Dogs are not allowed to enter the ancillary business.

Please fill out your pet registration card when checking in (be sure to bring rabies and comprehensive vaccination details within 1 year)

Check-in is only possible at the front desk. (kiosks cannot be used)

Please be sure to dispose of your dog's feces yourself.

Dogs are not allowed to enter the balcony in the room due to noise and safety reasons.

Dogs are not allowed to be left alone in the room.

If it causes ongoing inconvenience to other customers, they may be forced to leave the room.

I agree to pay for restoration costs and additional cleaning costs due to damage to facilities in the resort caused by dogs. (For dogs, including damage to linen and furniture due to urine)
