[Accommodation Information]

• Due to the nature of tent-type rooms, noise may be generated due to weather effects such as rain and wind.

• To maintain comfortable tent conditions, bringing in outside food/alcohol and cooking inside the tent is restricted.

• Due to the limited capacity of the hot water tank, it is recommended to use it within 20 minutes when showering.  
  (If you need more hot water, you can use the pool shower room.)

• Additional people (including guests) are allowed within the maximum capacity. A separate fee (KRW 30,000/person) will be charged.
   However, infants and toddlers under 36 months old are allowed regardless of the number of seats. It is available for free. (Must bring supporting documents)

• Pets are not allowed as this is a space used by multiple guests.
   However, guide dogs for the disabled are allowed. Please contact us in advance if accompanying a guide dog.

• For a comfortable rest, we are operating etiquette hours (23:00 ~ 07:00). Please refrain from making noise during this time.
  (You may be asked to leave the room if you cause disturbance to other guests.)

  - Kids menu uses BBQ. Orders can be placed upon request and will be delivered at the reserved time.

  - Be careful when using as there is a risk of burns.

  - If you have any allergies, please be sure to inform the staff.

  - Menu may change depending on local ingredient procurement and season.

Nature Pool

• Operating hours: 09:00~22:00 (Break Time 13:00~14:00 I 18:00~19:00)

  - Part 1: 09:00~13:00

  - Part 2: 14:00~18:00 (Opens until 19:00 in off-season)

  - Part 3: 19:00~22:00 (Operate only during peak season)

  ※ Peak season: 4 weeks in July - 3 weeks in September / Off-season: Outside of peak season

  ※ The outdoor pool is closed from the 2nd week of November to the 2nd week of March.
