5）Our hotel is a 5-storied building and located in a residential area, so we do not accept "View" request.
【About cleaning for consecutive stays】
● Guests staying 2 or 3 nights will not have their rooms cleaned.
● If you would like new linens (towels, etc.), please make a request on your room card.
● Please place used towels, trash, etc. in the hallway by 12 noon.
● For guests staying 4 nights or more, regular cleaning will be done every 3 days for hygiene reasons.
● For guests staying 4 nights or more: Regular cleaning will be done on the 4th, 7th night, etc.
As of 1 March 2026, changed local tax regulations require guests to pay accommodation tax at updated rates, which will be collected separately by the property during the check-in process. The tax is determined by the room rate and is charged per person, per night, as follows:

For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 500

For room rates from JPY 6,000 to less than JPY 20,000: JPY 400
For room rates from JPY 20,000 to less than JPY 50,000: JPY 1,000
For room rates from JPY 50,000 to less than JPY 100,000: JPY 4,000
For room rates of JPY 100,000 or more: JPY 10,000
For the purposes of the accommodation tax, the term “accommodation fee” will refer to the room-only rate, excluding any meal charges and consumption tax.
