• The name of the person making the reservation and the name of the guest entered when confirming the reservation cannot be changed. (not transferable)

• Check-in is not possible if the guest is different from the person who made the reservation. (Present your ID at check-in and proceed with the verification process)

• Check-in and use of the hotel may be denied if there is a mismatch between the bookers, and the hotel and Tripbitos are not responsible for any disadvantages caused by this.

• When changing a guest's name, proof such as a family relationship certificate that can confirm the identity of the guest is required.

• All rooms can only be reserved for 1 room, and a separate reservation is required for reservations of 2 rooms or more (even when booking a 2-night package, 2 reservations per night are required)
