[Stay Information]

• Check-in: After 15:00 (24-hour check-in available)/Check-out before 11:00 (late check-out is possible until 13:00)

• In the case of early check-in and late check-out, an additional charge of 10,000 won per hour will be charged.

• Items not allowed in all rooms: smoking, cooking, bringing pets, providing disposable amenities

• Available in all rooms: Free Wi-Fi

• Due to the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate reservations may occur for one room, and in this case, pre-paid reservations have priority.

• No disposable items are provided. (Applicable items: toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, shaver | Excluded items: shampoo, conditioner, body soap)

• The room is not equipped with a charger (can be rented at the front desk on the 1st floor; a deposit of 10,000 won will be charged)

• Gowns are not provided in the room (can be rented at the front desk on the 1st floor; a fee of 1,000 won will be charged)

• The maximum number of guests cannot be accommodated.

[Parking Information]

• The hotel has an underground car park, a parking tower and an outdoor car park.

• We can help you flexibly guide parking according to the parking situation.

• Some cars cannot use the parking tower, so please follow the instructions to park. (medium to large sedans, large SUVs, RVs, leisure vehicles)

• Please be aware that ordinary passenger cars may also be restricted from using underground parking due to parking conditions.

• Please note that roadside parking is not a problem except at bus stops and pedestrian crossings.

• The storage period for lost items excluding food is up to 3 months. (Food will be discarded on the same day.)

• Regular rate: 28,000 won per person (8 years and over to adults), 25,000 won (24 months to 7 years old), free for under 24 months

• Guest fee: 22,000 won per person (8 years old to adults), 17,000 won (24 months old to 7 years old), free for those under 24 months

• Pre-registration fee for guests: 20,000 won per person (8 years and over to adults), 15,000 won (24 months to 7 years old), free for under 24 months

• Fee: 22,000 won per person (8 years and over to adults), 17,000 won (24 months and over to 7 years old), free for under 24 months

• Price: Regular price 15,000 won → 13,000 won when guests apply in advance
