PLEASE READ CAREFULLY.
House Rules for Guests:

Gate Entry. Keep the gate close after each time you pass by. Simply push the gate close to auto-lock. Deliveries must be received outside the gate. Allowing anyone outside of your registered guest list inside the premises will automatically FORFEIT your whole stay. Management will file dispute to guests/booking channel for charges (P500+) and/or to ban guest/s for future bookings. No tailgating.

Aircon. Whenever the air conditioning unit needs to be used, always initially set the selector to “LOW FAN” and the thermosat to 1 for at least 4-5 min. Afterwards, cooler settings could be used. Not following these settings can damage the air conditioning unit and will not cool the place accordingly. Avoid unnecessary charges.

Order and Cleanliness. Never place anything on the hallways/outside your unit, especially garbage and footwear. Dispose garbage only in garbage bags at the trash bin (brown box) left side of the gate. Avoid unnecessary disturbances to other tenants and guests. Do not leave your unit barefoot/undressed/topless. Strictly no vaping, smoking, or cooking with butane gas burner inside the premises. P500 penalty for every violation/occurrence.

Missing/stolen items. Management is not responsible for any lost or missing items. Always keep your unit locked before leaving.

Theft/damages. Any damages to the property (inside and outside the unit), will be charged to the guest. For those who plan to commit theft/run away from damaged/missing items without any settlement, CCTV footages and event details will be shared to authorities and/or booking channels to get compensation and/or formally file complains.

Motorcycle Parking. If guest/s have motorcycle, park within the premises and within the designated parking area only (inside the gate, in front of unit 2/unit 1). Avoid parking near units' door/window to give all guests their space and privacy. Strictly no charging of E-Bike/E-Motorcycle/E-Car.

Extension and Late Check-out. Extension fee of P220/hr must be paid online (Gcash/bank transfer) at least 30 min BEFORE check-out time. No payment of extension fee before check-out time, plus late check-out means P500/hr penalty (P500/hr; anytime after check-out time will be considered 1 hr already). Staff will knock at unit to collect payment. Staff cannot leave outside the unit until the payment is completed or the until is vacated.

Check-out Reminders. Turn off the lights and AC before you lock the room to check-out. Return the key to the key locker. Close the lid and jumble the gears to lock. Management will file/collect charges (P500/violation) to guest(s)/booking channel for leaving the unit with lights on, unlocked unit door and windows, and/ air conditioning unit, still operating and unplugged.

Supplies. New towels, flatsheets, ear plugs, flat iron, electric kettle, umbrella, garbage bags, type C/micro USB charger, air freshener/disinfectant, food bowls, etc are available in our storage box with additional fee.
