Good Day!!!There is an individual resort fee to be collected at the Country Club upon arrival that is valid for 7 days .
The following are the fees:

Adult:
Monday - Thurs  1400/head
Friday - Sun - 1500/head
Senior with Philippine ID gets 20% discount

Child
4-12 yo is 700/head
3 yo below is free
Price subject to change depending on the season as Resort Management Discretion.1. The unit has two (2) sets of double bed, with single bed pullout. There is also a sofa bed.
2. Guests will be provided with a total of 8 pillows, 4 blankets. Guests can bring extra pillows, blankets & roll away foam as needed.
3. A non- replenishable toilet paper, face tissue, shampoo, bath soap, cotton buds, cotton, wiping rag, dishwashing sponge, dish soap, and hand soap will be provided during your stay.
4. FREE WIFI is available. The WIFI NAME: HUAWEI - 2.4G - K6Pp PASSWORD: (please check the dining table for password)
5. To access Netflix (You have to sign into your own account), Youtube and the like;
6. Cooking is allowed in the unit. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, cooking equipment (electric stove and microwave oven, electric kettle), rice cooker, plates, cutleries, and kitchenware. Guests, however, are encouraged to bring disposable plates, cups, spoons, and forks.
7. Guest should bring their food to cook. However, cooking of fried fish especially dried fish and grilling in any form of meat or seafood is not allowed in the unit.
8. Guests should bring water for drinking) Water from the faucet sometimes is yellowish and is not potable but can be used only for washing dishes, bathing, brushing teeth and cleaning
9. There are 2 bath towels and 2 hand towels available for use. The towels are strictly for ROOM USE ONLY. Php 600.00 will be charged for every missing towels, stained with blood or turned into rags. It is still highly recommended to bring your own towel.
10. Pets are STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED in the unit.
11. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITED inside the unit. Designated Smoking Area is located at the outdoor parking lot of the building.
12. Please avoid too much noise since there are permanent residents in the same building. Only registered occupants can stay in the unit.
13. Free Housekeeping is only available for guest booked for 2 weeks and up as cleaning, changing of beddings, towels and replenishing of stocks are done once a week. If you want to have the caretaker tidy up your room the charge is Php 800.00
14. Check-in time at 2:00 PM and Check-out time at 12:00 NN.
15. Our caretaker, Ms. Josie Guevarra will assist you during your stay. From 9 AM – 5 PM only You can contact her at cell # 0939-2968464 or 0905-1485581. Please coordinate with her upon arrival at Pico or preferably before your arrival.
16. Door code will be given to you upon arrival.
17. Php 2000 Deposit Fee must be sent thru GCASH ( 09175410284 CH*****E Z.) a day before Check-in and will be refunded Thru Your GCASH Account after Check-out once Ate Josie is done inspecting the unit. Please wait for 6 hours for your refund.
18. We will charge PHP 1,500 for lost key (door lock replacement).
19. Please do not leave the room too messy upon check-out as cleaning fee of Php 1000.00 will be deducted to your deposit.
*** There is a free shuttle service to move you around Pico.
