3. Keep the space clean.
4. Be considerate of neighbors.
5. Respect quiet hours from 9pm to 7am.
6. No pets allowed.
7. No unregistered guests are allowed.
8. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedroom.
9. Please turn off the Air-conditioner when you go out
10. Please respect check-in and check-out TIME check-in: 2:00 pm | Check-out: 12:00pm.
11. Please take care of your keys. lost keys incur a replacement fee of 150Php.
12. Please take care of the furnishings. you have to pay for damages that exceed the security deposit.
13. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
14. Please do your dishes.
15. Please take the trash out before you leave.
16. No illegal substances are allowed on the premises.

CLEANING
Towels:
Each registered guest is provided with one towel upon check-in. Towels are replaced every 3 days at no additional cost. If you require a towel replacement before the 3-day interval, a fee of 100 PHP per towel will be charged.

Sheets:
Bed sheets are replaced every 7 days at no additional cost. Fresh bedsheet covers will be provided, and guests are responsible for changing the sheets and making up the beds (DIY).

STAINS:
Stains on towels, bed sheets, pillowcases, and duvet covers will incur an additional cleaning fee of 500 PHP.

Cleaning:
-This is an independent stay designed for your privacy and comfort. Basic cleaning supplies (broom, etc.) are provided for your use; daily cleaning is not included.

-For stays of 7 days or longer, we will provide fresh bedsheet covers. Guests are responsible for changing the sheets and making up the beds (DIY).

-For shorter stays, additional bedsheet sets can be requested for a fee of ₱250 per set or ₱150 per sheet.


Bed Policy:
Extra beds cannot be provided. The beds available are those included in the booking arrangement. Kindly ensure the number of registered guests matches the booking details before confirming your reservation. Please note that the maximum number of guests allowed is for House 1 is 5 and House 2 is 4 (kindly declare exact number of guests).
