Service Usage Guide

Tripbtoz, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) presents the code of conduct to be observed in the process of using the service through this service usage guide (hereinafter referred to as the “usage Guide”), to ensure that the user uses the company's service for the purpose of the service and does not cause harm to other users or engage in illegal actions.

This usage guide includes community (refers to an online/offline space where a user uses a service, and is referred to as a 'community' hereinafter.) usage guide and contents (refers to all content posted through any function provided by the service, such as feed, profile, chat, comment, etc., regardless of form such as video, voice, or sound. Article 1 (Community Usage Guide)


1) Users must not engage in any of the following acts while using the community.

a. Acts that violate the company's terms, policies, notices, etc.

b. Acts that violate laws or social norms

c. An act of a user under the age of 14 subscribing to the service without the consent of a legal representative or with false consent

d. Acts that interfere with other users' use of the service

e. Actions that may harm other users' honor, economic interests, etc.

f. Acts that do not conform to the purpose of using the service (including, but not limited to, acts of advertising, acts of using for the purpose of dating or dating with the opposite sex, and determined by the company after considering all circumstances)

g. Any act that interferes with the company's normal service operation

h. Actions that may harm the company's reputation and economic interests

i. Any other similar actions

2) In the case of the preceding paragraph, the company may take the following measures without notice.

a. Restrict or permanently suspend the account of a user who has committed the act of the preceding paragraph.

b. Collection of coupons, TripCash, free gifts, etc. given to users who have performed the acts in the preceding paragraph through service use and event participation

c. Other similar measures deemed necessary

Article 2 (Content Usage Guide)


1) Users must not post any of the following contents while using the community.

a. Posting of fraudulent content, etc.

⎼ Repeated posting of the same or partially modified content

⎼ Posting content that falls under the grounds for reporting

⎼ Actions that may harm other users' honor, economic interests, etc.

⎼ Post content that needs to be blocked and deleted at the discretion of the administrator)

⎼ Post content not related to the nature of the service

b. Posting of content including the contents of each of the following subparagraphs, etc.

⎼ Violation of laws or social norms

⎼ Disinformation

⎼ Advertising

⎼ Inappropriate language

⎼ Violence

⎼ Content not suitable for use by minors

⎼ Harmful or dangerous conduct

⎼ Hateful and derogatory content

⎼ Drugs and relevant related content

⎼ Gun related content

⎼ Sensitive content that is subject to social controversy

⎼ Encourages cheating

⎼ Tobacco related content

⎼ Provocation, demeaning

⎼ Spam and deception

⎼ Other similar content

2) In the case of the preceding paragraph, the company may take the following measures without notice.

a. Remove or block exposure of content

b. Restrict or permanently suspend the account of the user who posted the content

c. Collection of coupons, TripCash, free gifts, etc. given to users who have performed the acts in the preceding paragraph through service use and event participation

d. Other similar measures deemed necessary

Article 3 (Process for Handling Violation of the Usage Guide)


1) If the company takes measures under Article 1, Paragraph 2 and Article 2, Paragraph 2, it may or may not notify the user. When the company gives a notice, it is by the following method.

How to notify of warnings for violations of the Usage Guide


Users are notified of violations by email registered in their account or mobile push notification.

Warning processing steps


1) Caution

a. When a user violates these guidelines for the first time, it is granted only when it is judged that the reason and degree of the violation is not particularly serious or critical.

b. A ‘caution’ is given only for the first violation, and a ‘warning’ is given after the second violation, even if the reason and severity of the violation is minor.

c. The ‘caution’ action is permanently maintained in the user account.

d. Users may object to 'caution' measures.

2) 1st warning

a. A 'warning' will be given if the user is found to have violated these guidelines a second time.

b. Except for content that has been blocked or deleted, no additional sanctions are imposed during the period of warning.

c. The first warning will remain on the user's account for 30 days.

3) 2nd warning

a. If the violation of these guidelines is confirmed within 30 days from the initial 'warning', the company issues a second warning to the user.

b. Except for content that has been blocked or deleted, no additional sanctions are imposed during the period of warning.

c. The second warning will remain in your account for 30 days.

4) 3rd warning

a. If it is confirmed that this guideline has been violated within 30 days from the 2nd warning, the 3rd warning will be given to the user.

b. In the event of a third warning, the user's account and all content will be blocked.

5) Actions a user can take when receiving a warning

a. Users can review this usage Guide to ensure content complies with our policies.

b. Users can object to the warning measures.

6) How to file an objection

a. Objection period: within 14 days from the date of receiving the 'Caution' or 'Warning'

b. How to file an objection: Write [User account information and reason for objection] and send it to cs@tripbtoz.com

7) Action taken by the company in response to the objection

a. The company will review the reason for the user's objection without delay.

b. If it is confirmed that the user has not violated this usage Guide, the user's account or content will be restored, and the warning record will be deleted from the user's account.

c. If the user is found to have violated this usage guide, the action taken will be maintained.

2) If a specific and imminent risk is expected, the company may initiate legal proceedings by reporting it to an investigative agency.

3) The company recognizes that some content that needs to be removed according to these guidelines may be valuable to the public. Therefore, we allow exceptions under certain limited circumstances, such as educational, documentary, scientific, artistic or satirical content, content in a fictional or professional context, dissent or expression of opinions on topics of social significance.
