• Free cancellation until midnight 6/10; 100% penalty for later cancellation requests

• Reservations for the 6/8-11 check-in schedule can be cancelled free of charge until midnight one day before check-in, and a 100% penalty will be charged if cancelled later

• Bookings with a check-in schedule after 6/12 can be cancelled free of charge until midnight 6/10; if you request a cancellation later, you will be charged a 100% penalty

• ex) 6/8 check-in products → free cancellation until midnight on 6/7 100% penalty will be charged thereafter

• ex) Check-in on 6/9 → free cancellation until midnight on 6/8 100% penalty will be charged thereafter

• For safety reasons, children under 15 must be accompanied by an adult guardian

• Minors are restricted from entering outside kids' hours.

• You are not allowed to bring anything other than a life jacket.

• Infants under 3 must wear waterproof diapers.

• Food and drinks from outside cannot be brought into the pool.

[Information on the number of guests that can stay]

• Maximum occupancy per room: In addition to 2 adults, 2 children aged 11 and under can stay together free of charge. (However, extra beds cannot be added to standard rooms)

[Breakfast cost information]

• Adults (12 years and up): KRW 60,000

• For bookings that include breakfast for adults, breakfast is free for 1 child 11 years and under

• Infants (3 years and under): Free

[Information on additional personnel costs]

• If the standard number of people is exceeded, an additional fee of 22,000 won is paid on-site (the amount is charged from 11 years of age or older; children under the age of 11 are free)

[Accommodation rules for minors]

• Minors (under 19 years old) can only use it if they are staying with a parent or guardian (parent).
Minors cannot use the room alone without a guardian, so please keep this in mind when making reservations and using the room.

Due to government restrictions on the use of disposable products and participation in environmental protection campaigns, disposable amenities in guest rooms are not provided free of charge.

Toothbrush & toothpaste sets and shavers are sold for 1,000 won each for a fee.

[Guide to using the fitness center]

* Use of the gym and indoor swimming pool is limited to once per night on Friday, Saturday and public holidays

• Fitness closed on the first Tuesday of every month

• Location: 2nd basement floor

• Operating facilities: Gym, indoor swimming pool, sauna (for a fee)

• Opening hours: 06:00 - 22:00

• Age limit for use of the gym and sauna: 15 years and over

• Indoor swimming pool is available for all ages (children under 15 can use when accompanied by an adult)

• It is mandatory to wear a swimming cap when using the main pool of the indoor swimming pool.

• Only 19 years of age or older are allowed to enter between 20:00 and 22:00

• When using the fitness center, bring personal items (sportswear, sneakers, swimsuit, swimming cap, etc.)

• Outdoor swimming pool (adults-only facility): Open only during the summer season; additional fees apply
