• Other facilities such as swimming pools, saunas, and kids' clubs are available from 12:00 p.m. on the day of check-in until 15:00 on the day of check-out.

• Grand Josun Jeju does not allow smoking in all areas of the hotel, including guest rooms and business premises.

• As part of our eco-friendly policy, we do not have disposable toothbrush sets and shavers in our rooms.

• For kids' rooms, the theme will be randomly assigned at check-in.

• All surcharges are payable on-site.

• Additional costs when the standard number of people is exceeded

• The additional person fee is 22,000 won for 1 person 7 years of age or older. (VAT included)

• Additional bedding costs 22,000 KRW per night (VAT included), and extra beds are charged KRW 55,000 per night (VAT included).

• * Children under 7 years old can stay free of charge when using the beds provided in the room.

• Staying is not permitted if the maximum number of guests, including infants, is exceeded

• Outdoor swimming pool: depth 1.2M, length 18M, width 11.7M, temperature May-September 27-30℃, October-April 30-33℃

• Kids pool: 0.6M deep, 8.5M long, 9.3M wide, temperature May-September 27-30℃, October-April 30-33℃

• The Peak Point Pool is open to people aged 19 and over.

• You can use it from 12:00 p.m. on the day of check-in until 15:00 on the day of check-out.

• Fitness Center: Available for ages 16 and up.

• Opening hours: 10:00 - 18:00 (BREAK TIME: 13:00 - 14:00)

• Kids club access is restricted during the program.

• The Grand Joy Program requires advance reservation, and may be difficult to use when the capacity is closed.

• You must be accompanied by a parent or guardian when using the Kids Club.

[Terms of use]

• Advance reservations (3 items/some items) and on-site reservations (2 items/all items) are made via the website, phone, email, etc., and use may be restricted due to the quantity of rental items.

• Please return strollers and wheelchairs to the concierge desk, and leave other items in your room.

• The hotel is not responsible for accidents caused by the customer's own defects in the rental products or the customer's carelessness.

• In the case of damage or loss of a product, the hotel may request compensation from the customer based on its own criteria.
