• Opening hours: Open 24/7 (same as a rooftop swimming pool)

- Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday): 07:00 to 24:00 (until midnight)

- Weekends (Friday, Saturday) and the day before public holidays: 07:00 to 25:00 (until 1:00 a.m.)

• Operation may be shortened during the winter season (November to March) due to internal circumstances.

• Sale of meals, snacks, drinks, alcohol (cocktails, wine, whiskey, beer, traditional Busan sake, etc.)

• Available to external customers

• Room service available for all menus

 • When booking all rooms, guests can use it free of charge.

• Opening hours: Open 24/7 (same as the restaurant)

- In winter, it is operated as a heated pool.

- Weekdays (Sunday to Thursday): 07:00 to 24:00 (until midnight)

- Weekends (Friday, Saturday) and the day before public holidays: 07:00 to 25:00 (until 1:00 a.m.)

• Nokids Zone every day after 19:00 (only those aged 14 and over can enter)

• To maintain clean water quality, it is cleaned every day, twice a day, and cannot be used during cleaning hours.

(Cleaning time: 11:00 ~ 12:00/19:00 ~ 19:30)

• When checking in, a [Pool Use Coupon] is provided according to the number of guests in the room, and can be used free of charge an unlimited number of times.

• There are no changing rooms or shower rooms in the swimming pool, so please feel free to stay in your room and use the bathrobe and slippers in your room.

• You can wear a swimsuit, face guard, and casual clothing that doesn't drain. (Available for purchase on-site)

• Suits and goggles are optional. (Tubes, life jackets cannot be rented, large tubes are not allowed)

• Bringing in food from outside is not permitted.

• Hound Hotel Busan Station allows up to 2 pets per day.

• When staying in the pet room, you will receive a hotel signature necklace for your dog.

• Dog admission rules: Up to 2 small dogs or 1 medium/large dog allowed

(Small dogs under 10 kg/medium dogs, large dogs 10 kg to 25 kg or more)

• An additional fee will be charged when staying with up to 2 small dogs (22,000 won per night/ towel, collar, and pad provided)

• Basic extra cost for 1 animal included and cleaning included

• Dogs are allowed to enter the restaurant on the 12th floor, not the swimming pool

• No food or snacks provided (you must bring your own)

• If room furnishings are damaged or bedding is soiled, related fees may be charged.

• If your dog barks continuously in the room or causes inconvenience to other guests, we may unavoidably ask you to leave the room. Check-out due to customer carelessness is not refundable.
