BROSIS HOTEL is a compound word of “brother” and “sister,” and we seek a friendly hotel that can be easily used by men and women of all ages.

BROSIS HOTEL pursues a variety of lifestyle hotels and aims to be an “everywhere hotel” and a “nowhere hotel” that provides premium services at reasonable prices as an accommodation facility with a youthful feel.

We will approach our guests as a lifestyle hotel where they can have more special relaxation and special memories with experiences and fun that have never been seen anywhere else in Korea.

[Breakfast restaurant information]

★ The breakfast room will be operating normally from May 1, '26. ★

- Opening hours: 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. (last admission: 9 a.m.)

- Usage amount

: Free for package customers

: Advance reservation (when purchasing a breakfast ticket the day before) 10,000 won for adults, 7,000 won for children under 12 (free for children under age 3)

: On-site purchase (breakfast day purchase): 12,000 won for adults, 7,000 won for children under 12 (free for children under age 3)

(The breakfast room is closed every Monday)

[Lounge Bar & Rooftop Information]

★ The 7th floor lounge bar & 8th floor rooftop will operate normally from April 1, '26. ★

- Opening hours: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. (For safety reasons, the 8th floor rooftop cannot be entered after 12 p.m.)

- How to use

: From 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., you cannot eat outside food at the 7th floor lounge bar and 8th floor rooftop. However, after purchasing at least one product in the lounge bar, you can eat and drink together. (Open as a breakfast room from 7 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.)

(After the above hours, you can eat outside food freely. Please note the hotel's operating guidelines.)

Standard/maximum occupancy is the same; maximum occupancy is not permitted

All rooms are non-smoking (there is also a separate smoking area on the 8th floor rooftop)

[Parking information]

Our hotel is not equipped with parking facilities due to the restricted installation of an attached parking lot. Please park at the linked parking lot.

Please register for parking when checking in at the front desk on the 7th floor of the hotel after parking for paid parking (10,000 won per car per room, additional fee of 20,000 won per car).

Affiliated parking lot:

Easy Parking Lot 1:7, Gwangbok-dong 1-ga, Jung-gu, Busan

Easy Parking Lot 2:2-73, Gwangbok-dong 2-ga, Jung-gu, Busan

You can park your car at any of the 2 locations. If the above parking lot is full, you must use another paid parking lot, and parking fees are not supported when using other paid parking lots.

(Due to the nature of the area, a high daily parking fee (about 50,000 won) may be charged when parking for 1 day. Please refer to it.)

We recommend checking in before 11:00 p.m. (Quiet service after 10 p.m.)

The maximum number of people, including infants and infants, cannot be accommodated, and cancellations or refunds are not possible due to this reason.

Depending on the room, you may be assigned a different room than the image.

Due to the nature of real-time reservations, duplicate reservations may occur and reservations may be cancelled.

In case of cancellation due to simple remorse or customer circumstances, a cancellation refund fee will apply.

If the company's item is damaged or lost, you must pay compensation according to the company's standards.

Pets are not allowed in the room.

Acts that do not follow basic etiquette or cause harm or discomfort to others are reasons for forced evictions.

To prevent fires, cooking and the use of fire in the room are prohibited.

Minors who are not accompanied by an adult cannot enter the room or receive a refund.
