· All rooms are non-smoking (a penalty of 100,000 won for smoking and immediate exit)

· No more than the maximum number of people can stay

· Contact the customer center when changing the reservation (fees may apply)

· Refund fee will be applied in case of cancellation due to customer circumstances

· In-room cooking is not possible

· Compensation in case of damage or loss of equipment

· Pets are not allowed to stay

· ID can be checked at check-in

· Minors are not allowed to stay alone

[Parking information]

· Only 1 car can be parked per room

· Use a public parking lot outside the hotel for electric vehicles, large SUVs, and hybrid vehicles

· For other general vehicles, use the parking tower in the hotel

[Rooftop swimming pool]

· Operates from April to October

· Opening hours: 16:00 to 22:00

· Usage fee: 15,000 won per person

· Depth: 0.7 meters for toddlers, 1.2 meters for normal pools

· User Guide

1) Only available to customers who purchased on-site passes

2) Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian under the age of 13

3) Restrictions on bringing in food and drink

4) You cannot enter the room if you wear slippers

5) Use may be restricted in case of rain or bad weather
