Our bathtub is made of natural cypress (cypress) and birch wood materials,

In order to maintain the natural aroma and texture of wood for a long time, a small amount of water is kept inside the bathtub.

Reservations may not be processed due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, broken rooms, overbooking due to simultaneous customer payments, etc.), and in this case, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

If the room rate is incorrectly registered or due to system errors, reservations will be automatically cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.
