• Bedding and tableware rentals are on a first-come, first-served basis and may not be possible if stocks run out

  - A guest discount (10%) will be applied when purchasing tickets through the hotel front desk.

  - Pool tickets cannot be reserved in advance and can be purchased on the day of your stay after payment is made on-site at the front desk.

  - In order to provide a safe and comfortable environment, the number of visitors per hour is limited.

  - Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis depending on availability at each time, and may be difficult to use when the garden is closed.

  - Operating hours may change or use may be restricted due to weather conditions and hotel operating circumstances.

  - If a ticket is lost, it cannot be reissued.
