• All additional items and services are limited in number and can only be booked in advance; same-day rentals and reservations are not possible

• Free rooftop swimming pool & spa in all rooms (below <루프탑 수영장&스파 항목 체크 필수> /Standard occupancy provided for each room type; additional guests other than the standard occupancy can be used for a fee)

[Rooftop Pool & Spa]

• Hotel building: Free for one person per room on weekdays and weekends (additional guests incur an additional fee)

• Villa building: Free for one person on weekdays (during peak season, weekends, and additional people incur an additional charge/ 10,000 won per person)

• Time: 15:00 to 21:30/Price discount event: 10,000 won per person regardless of whether they are adults or children

• Operation may be restricted depending on the weather conditions (strong wind, heavy rain & typhoon) on the day, so be sure to contact the hotel before using.

[Pool Villa Usage Guide]

• Water temperature: hot water - 30 degrees to 35 degrees (hold for 3 to 4 hours)/cold water - 15 to 20 degrees

• When using hot water, there is an additional charge of 100,000 won per use (advance reservation required; same-day reservations are not possible)

• As a general rule, pool water is supplied as drinking water and is used once daily.

[Pet Room Room Usage Guide]

• Only dogs under 5 kg can stay accommodated/Up to 2 pets can stay in one room

• Separate leash and kennel must be prepared; disinfection is in progress that is harmless to dogs after leaving the room

• Rental mouthpiece size circumference: 12 cm, length 27 cm

• Leave only your dog in the room and do not go outside

• Use of a kennel is mandatory in public areas and when moving outside of the room

• Submit a certificate of vaccination of 1 year or less at check-in (if not submitted, check-in and non-refundable)

• The hotel is not responsible for safety incidents due to carelessness

• Dogs can only enter the promenade and outdoor public barbecue area (walking path: leash, mouth cap, use from 08:00 to 21:00/Outdoor public barbecue area: must wear a leash)

• Entry to all public places and rooms other than those that can be accompanied is prohibited (a penalty of 100,000 won will be charged if caught entering a public place)

• The guests themselves dispose of waste and trash generated by dogs

• If you enter another room, you will be forced to leave the room and an additional 100,000 won for room cleaning

• Additional fee of 30,000 won for 1 animal (amenities included in the cost: 2 toilet pads, 2 toilet bags, rice & water bowl, mouth stopper)

• When using the rooftop open-air spa and swimming pool, you can use it after informing the front desk (however, long-term use is prohibited and subject to constant contact)

• If the facility is damaged or other guests are injured, the caregiver is responsible for all compensation and responsibility for the injury and damage

• If you violate the rules specified by the hotel, such as collecting feces, not moving a kennel, or not wearing a leash or mouth stopper, you will be charged a penalty of 100,000 won (forced eviction if you violate 3 times)

[Cancellation and Refund Policy]

• 10 days before check-in: 100% refund

• 7-9 days before check in: 70% refund

• 5 to 6 days before check-in: 50% refund

• 2-4 days before check-in: 20% refund

• 1 day before to same day of check-in and no-show: non-refundable

• On the day of your stay, the Meteorological Agency issues a storm surge, earthquake tsunami, or typhoon warning in the accommodation area, and if you are unable to move to the accommodation area at all, you will be refunded.

• Other cases are subject to general cancellation policies/Cancellations and refunds may incur fees.

[Other information]

• If the maximum number of people is exceeded, you will not be able to enter the room.
