[Information on additional facilities]

Please be advised that the operating hours of our fitness facilities (Sauna, Fitness Center, Swimming Pool, and Screen Golf) will be temporarily adjusted during the Chuseok holiday as follows:

• September 24 (Thursday) & September 26 (Saturday): 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

• September 25 (Friday): Closed

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your kind understanding.

• Age to use fitness, driving range and sauna: 19 years and over
  The fitness center is closed on the first Wednesday of each month and may not be open on public holidays.

• Swimming pool usage guide
  └ Available for ages 5 to 18 from 10:00 to 17:00
  └ Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  Please note that children under 5 years old are not allowed to enter the swimming pool.

[Other information]

• Minimum age of guests allowed to stay: 18

• Each room type has a limit on the number of guests, and an additional fee will be charged if the number is exceeded (1 bedroom: 2 people; 2 bedrooms: 4 people; 3 to 4 bedrooms: 6 people)

• In addition to the standard number of preschoolers (6 years and under), up to 2 guests can stay with them free of charge. If the number of other people is exceeded, an extra bed must be added according to the number of people, and an additional fee will be charged.

• One car can be parked free of charge per room. Up to 1 additional car can be used in the hotel's parking lot, and parking is free for the first 3 hours, and you must pay a fee (KRW 3,000 per hour) thereafter.

[Guide for bringing pets]

- Dogs/cats: less than 10 kg per dog, up to 2 dogs

- Deposit: One time deposit regardless of the number of days of stay (KRW 1,000,000 per animal)

- The deposit paid will be returned 14 days after check-out.

- Cleaning fee: KRW77,000/animal per night (maximum 385,000 won)

- Items provided: portable water bottle, snack bowl, defecation pad/bag, coffee chew (wood stick), wet wipes (1 each provided)

- Rental items (when available): stairs, beds, strollers, and scrapers (rent 1 each)
