[Guide to using the indoor swimming pool]

• LOTTE City Hotel Mapo Indoor Swimming Pool is a paid facility for guests only.

• Usage fee: 20,000 won per adult per day 10,000 won per day for children

• Operating hours: 08:00 to 22:00 every day (maintenance time 12:00 to 13:00)

• Bringing in large tubes and water play equipment other than baby safety tubes and life jackets is prohibited

• Be sure to wear a swimsuit and swimming cap (swimming caps are limited to indoor swimming caps, not caps; you cannot use the pool if you are not wearing them)

• Bringing food and drink into the pool is prohibited

※ Please note that the swimming pool is expected to be crowded on weekends and holidays.

※ For comfortable and safe operation, admission may be restricted if the number of people exceeds the appropriate number of people.

[C-Café Breakfast Usage Guide] (Reopened in March '26)

• Breakfast hours: 06:30 to 10:00 (2nd floor)

• Regular price: 32,000 won for adults (14 years and over)/24,000 won for children (48 months and over to 13 years old)

[Information on the use of disposable products]

• Toothbrushes and toothpaste are not provided to help reduce the use of disposable products as part of the “re:think” campaign.

  If necessary, please use 7-Eleven on the 2nd floor.

• Limited to 2 bottles of bottled water are provided free of charge each day. If necessary, please use the water purifier provided in the hotel.
