  Part 1:10:00 to 13:00

  Part 2:13:30 to 15:30

  Part 3:16:00 to 18:00

  Part 4:18:30 to 21:00

• User guide

  It can be used once per day per night.

  Royal rooms can be used free of charge for up to 4 people and suites for up to 6 people.

  (Excess people can enter after on-site payment)

  It can only be used by customers who book in advance, and can accommodate up to 200 people at each time.

  Part 3 to 4 is the time period when the concentration of users is expected.

  A swimming pool reservation link will be provided along with the AlimTalk sent when booking a stay, and you can use it for advance reservations through this link.

• Closed on the 3rd Thursday of every month

• Must be accompanied by a parent (adult)

• Departure from the resort (stairs leading to the check-in center (former ticket office)) at 10:20 and 2 times at 14:30

• Check-in time: 15:00 ~ Check-out time: ~ 11:00

• If you exceed the departure time, an additional fee will be charged per hour.

• Advance mobile check-in is possible, so please include a contact information that can receive Alim Talk when making a reservation.

• If no contact information is entered or Phoenix AlimTalk is blocked, mobile check-in may not be available.

✔️ Additional cost information

• If the standard number of people is exceeded, additional personnel will be charged, and up to 2 people can be added

• Additional person fee: 33,000 won per person per night (bedding included; on-site payment required)

✔️ Pet room related information

• Additional fee: 100,000 won per night

• If 2 animals stay in the room, an additional 50,000 won will be applied (additional equipment will be provided when additional animals are added)

• 1 dog under 15 kg can stay in the room (maximum 2 dogs can stay)

• Rabies vaccination certificate within 1 year

• Fill out a parental responsibility agreement to stay with your dog

• Children under 3 months old are not allowed to stay

• Available items - 4 types of welcome amenities, toilet pad (provided once with or without applause; can be purchased if needed)

• Rental items - Cushions, pet stairs, tableware, toilet board, cypress bathtub

• Open a space (playground) dedicated to customers with dogs

• Pet Dry Zone (C Building 1F), Pet Agility Space (C Building 1F Outdoor Plaza): Free to use

• In-room cooking is only available for pets in a 34-square-meter room
