• A room key can be issued at the front desk or kiosk on the 1st floor for check-in

• When using the kiosk, you can enter the QR code or reservation number on the reservation letter.

• If you do not receive the reservation letter, please contact the reservation office (070-4549-0788) or the front desk (064-762-6532).

• When using the kiosk, please register your vehicle number.

[Parking Information]

• Mechanical parking for passenger cars on the 1st basement floor (all rooms can be accommodated)

• Other vehicles that cannot be mechanically parked are ※First-come-first-served parking※

• Self-service parking on the 1st basement floor or outdoor parking lot next to the hotel

• Please park your electric car in an outdoor parking lot.

• If you use an outdoor parking lot, please contact the front desk to open and close it.

• When parking in an outdoor parking lot, please match the parking line from the inside.

• If the outdoor parking lot is full, please use the Jeongbang-dong public parking lot.

• Parking fee support is up to 5,000 won (only for vehicles that cannot be parked in a parking tower)

• Due to Jeju Island's disposable products regulations, amenities in guest rooms are provided as multi-use dispensers (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash), and disposable items such as toothpaste, toothbrushes, combs, shavers, and paper cups are not sewn. (Bring your own)

• Please note that room cleaning, including bedding change and floor cleaning, is a service provided for a minimum of 4 nights to protect the environment in Jeju Island.

• Bottled water, towels are changed, and garbage is collected every day (between 13:00 and 15:00)
