[Usage Guide]

• Elaine Hotel operates with non-face-to-face self check-in. Please cancel your security number when making a reservation in order to receive a text message with check-in information.
•  Damage to supplies and facilities (In case of loss), you must restore it to its original state or compensate for it.
• The facility must be moved as is, without any changes. Please use it.
• You cannot stay in excess of the number of people according to each room policy. (Additional cost incurred, 10,000 won per additional person, 20,000 won for additional bedding)
• All additional charges Applies per person per night and on-site payment is required.
• All rooms are non-smoking and smoking is prohibited. 100,000 won (room cleaning fee) will be charged.
• You cannot enter the room with your pet. No, and if you enter the room with a pet, you will be refused entry without a refund. It is not possible without a guardian.
