Edge pool (lukewarm pool) operation will be suspended due to facility improvement work.

[Swimming pool usage guide]

• Heated pool: Open all the time (lukewarm water does not run in summer)

• Main pool: operates 365 days a year

• Opening hours: 10:30 to 21:00 (closes at 21:00)

• Average water temperature in lukewarm pools: 28 to 35 degrees (lukewarm water is not supplied in summer)

[Additional charge policy]

• If more than the standard number of guests stay, an additional guest will be charged. (Payment on site at check-in)

• You will never be allowed to stay in a room that exceeds the maximum number of people.

• Please indicate the number of months of the child in the request box when making a reservation.

• (If the request is not specified, it will be checked for 24 months or more, and an additional fee may be charged after verifying the child's age on site.)

• Additional occupancy fee: 24 months or more to 20,000 won for adults (per night per person/cannot be accommodated if the maximum number of people is exceeded)

• Additional bedding fee: 20,000 won (per room per night)

• Gaon Pool Villa, Gaon Suite Pool Villa: Regular price of 150,000 won per use when adding hot water to the swimming pool > 100,000 won discount (on-site payment)

• Marubinari Pool Villa, Marunoni Pool Villa, Ara Pool Villa: Regular price of 100,000 won per use when adding hot water to the swimming pool > 75,000 won discount (on-site payment)

• For hot water reservations, please make a reservation at the front desk 5 hours in advance. (front 064-739-6612)

• Hot water is not available from July to August.
