The property does not allow food and beverages from outside to the property, an additional service fee of VND 1,175,000 /time will be charged.The property is not responsible for food safety or hygiene issues when guests consume food from outside.

• Extra bed and Surcharge:
- Only one extra bed is allowed in one room.
- Villa room does not have extra bed.
- Children under 4 years old are free of charge if sharing room with parents. Additional charges will apply for children 4 years and over.
- Guests from 11 years of age are considered as adults.
- Up to 2 children under 12 years old are allowed to share a room with parents, and 1 extra bed must be booked at an additional charge for 1 child if 2 children share a room with parents.

In details:
- Hotel room (Deluxe, Junior Suite… room types) only 2 adults included in room rate, maximum 2 children allowed per room and an additional charge will apply for children 4 years and over. Guests from 11 years of age are considered as adults.
- Villa: only 2 adults/ each room are included in room rate, and an additional charge will apply for children 4 years and over. Guests from 11 years of age are considered as adults. Each room/villa type and promotion may apply a different surcharge.

• There will be a compulsory fee applied for New year Gala Dinner(31/12) and not included room rate and surcharge rate, which will be charged upon check-in date.

• A deposit is required upon check-in for additional services or damages during the stay and will be refunded upon departure. Deposit only in VND.

• Guests must provide a valid form of government regulated identification (eg. passport, ID card, driver’s license, etc.) upon check-in. For children, birth certificates are required. If birth certificates are not provided, guests under 140 centimeters will be considered children aged 4 – 12 years old.

• When using Vinpearl’s services, guests consent to the property’s use of the photographs taken for statistics. These photographs will not be disclosed to third parties outside Vingroup.

• Each villa room has a different number of occupancy for children. Please contact the property for further information.

• Guests are required to check the room’s furniture and minibar (food and drinks) upon check-in and check-out.

• Some room rate does not include tickets to VinWonders and Safari.

• Customers need to provide the flight number (such as VJ975, VJ979 …) & contact at least 48 hours prior arrival date for complimentary airport transfer by shuttle bus arrangement. In case we do not receive the above required information, we understand that you arrange the transportation to our hotel by yourself.
