[Parking]

Limited to 1 vehicle per room in the underground parking lot (height limit 2.3 meters) From 14:30 on the check-in date until 12:30 on the check-out date We are registering free parking tickets.

You can tell the car number at the front desk when you check in. (1,000 won per 10 minutes for additional vehicles or extra time, up to 30,000 won per day, up to 60,000 won for 1 night and 2 days)

[age limit]

Amanti Hotel Seoul can only be used by adults aged 19 or over or minors accompanied by a legal guardian.

Please note that even if only one member of the group is under 19 years old, they will not be able to stay, so please note when making a reservation.

However, there are exceptions only for solo guests aged 18; please refer to the FAQ on the hotel's official website for detailed conditions.

[Rules for bringing children]

Babies aged 0 to 23 months can stay with up to 1 additional person per room for free when using existing beds.

Up to 1 child between 24 months and 9 years old can stay in deluxe rooms and royal suites for free, but cannot stay with other room types.

If possible, count the number of people over 2 years of age as 1 adult to check the room.

[Additional personnel information]

No additional guests can be added to all room types

Standard Double, Standard Twin, Emily Suite Triple, Emily Suite Twin, and Amanti Suite can only be used by the standard number of guests in the room, including adults and children. Only the three types of Deluxe Double, Deluxe Twin, and Royal Suite can accommodate 1 child under 10 (9 years old) in addition to the standard occupancy of 2 people. (Additional amenities, bedding, etc., can only be shared without breakfast, etc.; additional payment is required for other services such as breakfast)

[Luggage storage]

Simple luggage storage is available free of charge before check-in on the check-in date and after check-out on the check-out date.

[Delivery and mail receipt]

We will help you receive packages, mail, and online shopping deliveries to the hotel.

[Early check in]

Before 9: Please reserve an additional night the day before.

9:00 to 15:00: An hourly fee of 20,000 won will be charged only when there are prepared rooms. Please inquire at the front desk for availability and fees.

[Late check out]

12:00 to 16:00: An hourly fee of 20,000 won will be charged only when a room is available. Please inquire at the front desk for availability and fees.

After 16:00: Please reserve an additional night.

[Air conditioning]

The heating and cooling are controlled centrally, and depending on the season, only the air conditioner is operated in summer and the heater in winter. The air conditioning and heating system can only be turned on and off in the room.

Kitchen AMANTI/1st floor/ Open 07:00 to 10:00 (admission closes at 09:30) Breakfast is 24,200 won for adults/16,500 won for children (3 years old to elementary school students); on-site payment is possible after meals.

Maple Cafe/1st floor/ Open from 10:00 to 17:00.

URBAN PARADISE/4th floor (lobby floor)/This is an outdoor swimming pool only open during the summer season. Only guests can use it. Please check the hotel's official website for details on operating periods, fees, etc.

[Outside food/food delivery]

Outside food and delivery food can be picked up directly from the 1st floor and eaten in the room. Please be careful not to contaminate bedding, furniture, etc. in the room due to food, and if contamination occurs, a separate cleaning fee may be charged.

[Birthday/anniversary service]

We do not offer free services (cakes, decorations, room upgrades, etc.) for birthdays, anniversaries, etc. For related paid products, please contact the Room Reservation Office.

[Practices to reduce disposable products]

In-room disposable items are not provided free of charge.

Disposable items such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, and shavers can be purchased separately at the front desk.

Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and body lotion are provided in the guest room in the form of large dispensers.

[Deposit (deposit) system]

All hotel guests are checking their ID and credit card details for guarantee purposes. (For age verification and damage guarantee purposes)

Credit cards (check cards not accepted) are accepted for a comfortable stay. If you don't have a credit card, you will need 300,000 won in cash. If there are no abnormalities during checkout, the information will be deleted without an actual request for approval.

A fine will be charged for damage to the room, such as smoking in the room or related to party supplies.
