[Additional information on personnel and bedding]

• The maximum occupancy for each room cannot be exceeded.

• Infants under 36 months can stay for free.

• If there are additional people other than the standard number, the following additional fees will be charged.

• Additional cost for bedding: 20,000 won per room per night

2 days before check in date: 70% refund

4 days before check in date: 50% refund

3 days before check in date: 50% refund

2 days before check in date: 50% refund

1 day before the check-in date to the same day and no-show: 100% non-refundable

[2026 peak season information]

Summer peak season: July 16 to August 23

Chuseok holiday: September 24 to September 26

Peak winter season: December 23 to December 31

Reservations may not be processed due to unavoidable circumstances (weather, broken rooms, overbooking due to simultaneous customer payments, etc.), and in this case, the amount paid will be fully refunded.

If the room rate is incorrectly registered or due to system errors, reservations will be automatically cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.
