[User Guide]

• ★ Reservations must be made for one's own stay and must be registered in the name of the actual guest. It cannot be transferred to another person, and the name cannot be changed. ★

• Shinhwa Theme Park BIG3 pass provided once during the stay, for all guests

• Free baby equipment rental (must be requested when booking a room; limited quantity)

• Free parking and quick/fast charging facilities for electric vehicles (for a fee) are available for guests

• Earn and get discounts when paying at major stores after signing up for a resort membership

• During the winter season, the swimming pool is open for indoor use only.

• If you take express bus 151 from Jeju International Airport, you can get to Jeju Shinhwa World all at once.
