[Basic information]

• Hotel Location: 307 Changhae-ro, Gangneung-si, Gangwon-do

• To save the planet suffering from the use of disposable plastics, St. John's Hotel provides shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash as large-volume products for friendly dogs, and all disposable amenities such as toothbrushes, toothpaste, and slippers (disposable items) can be purchased at vending machines provided at the hotel.

• Smoking is prohibited throughout the building, including all rooms. (In case of violation, a one-day room charge will be charged)

• Free parking for 1 car per night (10,000 won per night for excess vehicles)

• The valet service costs 25,000 won per entry/exit.

• The Fine Infinity Pool is a four-season heated pool, and the Ocean Infinity Pool is only open during the summer season.

[Room use]

• Check-in & out: 16:00/11:00

• Check-in rush hour: 15:00 to 17:00

• Additional fee for early check-in & late check-out: 22,000 won (per hour)

• One night's charge will be added after 14:00 on the day of check-out.

• Extra bed fee: 44,000 won (per night)

• Additional cost for bedding (single set): 22,000 won (per night)

• Additional fees will be charged when requesting additional amenities (such as bottled water and towels).

• You cannot enter more than the maximum number of people per room. (However, up to the maximum number of guests per room, additional guests are free of charge)

• We have separate dog-friendly rooms (dogs are not allowed in rooms other than dog-friendly rooms)

• Minors are not allowed to stay without a parent or guardian. (Cancellations and refunds are not possible due to this reason)

• You must enter the security number you received when checking in at the kiosk (KIOSK) to check in.

• You can watch Netflix (personal account) on the TV in your room.

• The room type (concept) of a concept room cannot be specified in advance and is randomly assigned.

[Fitness center]

[Dog Use Policy]

• In accordance with the amendments to the “Enforcement Regulations of the Food Sanitation Act” that came into effect on March 1, 2026, it has become mandatory to confirm vaccinations when using with pets. Therefore, please be sure to bring a “Dog Vaccination Certificate” when checking in (entering).

• Required dog vaccination certificates: vaccination and health certificates, mobile app health handbooks (electronic certificates), etc.

• St. John's Hotel has separate dog-friendly rooms, and dogs are not allowed in standard rooms.

• Recommended rules for staying in a room with dogs: standard room (maximum 2 pets), suite room (maximum 3 pets)

• Dog amenities (snag house & cushion, defecation pad, bag, towel, rice bowl, shampoo) are set for 1 dog, and up to 2 dogs can stay together. (Only 1 large dog can stay in each room)

• There are no breed or weight restrictions when staying with a dog, but please be sure to wear a muzzle for legally blind or aggressive dogs.

• Please wear a stroller, cage, and leash for your dog when moving within (outside) the hotel, and please keep your pet ticket.

• Dog strollers can be rented at the front desk (1st floor) on a first-come, first-served basis for a fee.

• There is a charge for the “cabana (jacuzzi)” in the Pine Tower Infinity Pool, and a separate fee will be charged when using it.

• For safety reasons, please be sure to wear a cage or leash when a guest room staff member requires visiting services.

• The hotel and staff are not responsible for accidents or loss of dogs due to carelessness on the part of caregivers.

• Dogs that bark severely or aggressively to other dogs or people may be evicted without a refund.

• If an accompanying dog causes damage to other customers and dogs, or if an accident occurs, the parties are resolved as a general rule, and the hotel and staff cannot be held responsible.

• You should never leave a companion dog alone inside (outside) of the room, and if damage to hotel facilities occurs due to a companion dog, you may be charged for restoration.

• It is assumed that the hotel entity agrees to reimburse the hotel entity for losses, demands, damage, liability, expenses, and expenses caused by damage caused by other customers (employees) due to companion dogs.
