This property does not allow minors to stay without a legal guardian, and accommodation is restricted if a minor visits after making a reservation.

[Additional personnel costs]

• The Deluxe Family Twin is for a standard occupancy of 2 people and can accommodate up to 3 people.

• If 3 people stay, the additional fee for 1 person (7 years and over) is 15,000 KRW, and an additional payment is required upon check-in.

• Please note that extra beds cannot be added.

[Leisure center closed]

Due to internal circumstances at the hotel, The Island 7 (swimming pool, sauna, kids room, music zone, and billiard room) has been closed since August 2021.

• The fitness center is reserved for guests and is accessible from 06:00 to 22:00 using the room key.

[Shuttle bus operation information]

• There is a shuttle bus service from the hotel to the airport (T1, T2) every time from 6 a.m. to noon (12 p.m.).
  * There is no pick-up service from the airport to the hotel

• After issuing a ticket at the lobby kiosk on the 3rd floor, you must present the ticket to the driver when boarding the shuttle.
