Confirmation
- Cancellation is possible according to the cancellation policy in the detailed description. If you wish to cancel, please contact customer service.
- When making a reservation, you must enter your real name that matches your ID.
- Reservation will be made if not specified. Confirmation and stay are restricted and reservations may be cancelled.
- To verify identity and provide services upon check-in. Identity verification is required.
- Minors can stay when accompanied by a guardian.< br>- All responsibilities, including the inability to check-in due to reservations made by minors, lie with the customer.
