The property's indoor swimming pool is closed from January to February of every year.
*Junior Suite standard: 2 people (free), maximum 4 people (additional fee to be paid on site)
*Premier Suite 4 people (free), maximum 6 people (additional fee to be paid on site)
*Deluxe suite accommodates 8 people (free), maximum 10 people (additional fee to be paid on site)
*Royal Suite: 8 people (free), maximum 10 people (additional fee to be paid on site)
*Presidential Suite: 6 people (free), maximum 10 people (additional fee to be paid on site)
*Panorama suite accommodates 6 people (free), maximum 10 people (additional fee to be paid on site)


*Parking is free, Junior Suite, Premier Suite 1, and 2 other types are free.
*Additional vehicles cost KRW 20,000 per 24 hours, and are limited to 1 time (restricted to entering and exiting once-parking only).
*Washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, and food processors in the room cannot be used.
*Unaccompanied minors are not allowed to stay.
* Pets are not allowed to stay together.
*Smoking is prohibited in the room (including the veranda and balcony), and a fine of KRW 200,000 will be charged in case of violation.
*Compliance when leaving the room
- Please wash the tableware you used. Put general garbage in the trash can in the room, and food and recyclable garbage
Please dispose at the separate collection point on the 1st floor of Building 103. (A fee of KRW 150,000 will be charged if garbage and dishes are not cleaned up)


[User Guide]
*Front (office) operating hours are from 09:00 AM to 11:00 PM. (Additional bedding is possible until 10:00 PM)
*Check-in is from 04:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
*Simple cooking is possible in all rooms (however, only simple cooking is possible in the junior suite), but smoke alarms in the building are very sensitive.
Cooking (meat, fish) is prohibited, and you can claim compensation for damages caused by this.
*Free use of the indoor swimming pool and gym for 2 people.
(Indoor swimming pool operation 09:00 AM ~05:40 PM, last admission 05:00 PM, closed on Mondays and holidays, KRW 6,000 for children under 6 years old, KRW 10,000 for children over 7 years old)
(Gym operation: 07:00 AM -09:00 PM, last admission 08:00 PM, Sundays and holidays, last admission 05:00 PM, closed on Mondays, KRW 10,000 per additional person, entrance fee under 14 years old)
*A charge of KRW 30,000 per night for additional persons other than the standard number (including bedding) will be incurred.
*Room maintenance is provided free of charge once every 4 nights. (Others will incur a separate fee)
*Children under the age of 7 can stay together. (Up to 2 people, KRW 30,000 per night per room for extra bedding)
*Additional bedding incurs an additional charge of KRW 30,000 per night.

From <09:00AM to 11:00 PM>, the front desk of the condo is closed.
For guests checking in after 11:00 PM, please contact us in advance.
