[Kiosk User Guide]

• Unmanned front desk hours: 22:00 to 07:00 the next day (daily)

• Check-in and check-out kiosks are available.

• Breakfast vouchers and pool tickets cannot be purchased at the front desk.
  1) Breakfast tickets: Can be purchased at the entrance desk of the breakfast room on the 3rd floor on the same day
  2) Pool vouchers: Can be purchased at the pool desk on the 7th floor on the same day

[Pet room information]

• Limited to 2 dogs per room (1 dog by default; additional charge of 40,000 won for 1 additional dog)

• Pets other than dogs are not allowed to enter/stay

• Five types of blind dogs designated by the National Animal Protection Act cannot be accommodated or stayed
  *5 types of blind dogs (Tosa, Bull Terrier, Rottweiler, American Staffordshire, Terrier, Stepfordshire Bull Terrier, etc.)

• Limit your dog's weight to 9 kg or less

• For the safety of other guests and dogs, activities must be accompanied by an adult and in a designated area (in the room)

• When moving outside of the room, it is necessary to move the dog in a stroller or cage

• Be sure to wear a leash when moving outside of the room, and be careful of getting caught in the entrance door when using an elevator

• When boarding an elevator, dogs must be accompanied by a caregiver

• Dog defecation must be handled directly by the caregiver and cleaned up the surrounding area

• Dogs should not be left alone inside or outside of the room, and if complaints or complaints are raised from other rooms due to noise, etc., there are exit requests/forced evictions (there are no refund measures when forced to leave the room)

• There is a claim for damages for cleaning and repair in the event of damage to property or contamination of facilities/linen/equipment caused by dogs

• In order to ensure public order and a comfortable stay for other guests, there are forced evictions and entry restrictions in case of maltreatment, severe barking, aggression, or mounting

• Dogs are not allowed in the breakfast room
