[Information on staying in a room with dogs]

• Each room can stay with the basic occupancy and 1 dog under 10 kg, and a maximum of 2 pets can stay together.

• If you add a companion dog, an additional fee of 55,000 won per pet will be charged. Please pay the additional fee when checking in on site.

• Pets other than dogs are not allowed to stay in this room.

• Dogs are not allowed in all rooms except dog-friendly rooms.

• Please be sure to bring a rabies vaccination certificate within 1 year when checking in, and you can check in after signing a dog compliance agreement.

• Outside of the room, you must use a dog cage or private stroller to move in public areas within the hotel.

• Areas where dogs are allowed: Hotel Common Area (Lobby), Guest Rooms, Pet Lounge (3F), Pet Friends Park (Building A 26F)

• Dogs are not allowed to use the bathtub in the room.

• For the safety of dogs, dogs cannot be left alone in the room.

[Guide to the use of dog facilities]

• Only dogs that have been fully vaccinated can use it.

• You must be accompanied by an adult when entering or leaving, and please wear a leash with your dog.

• Location: 26th Floor, Building A

• Dogs that have not been spayed can enter after wearing a manor belt

• Depending on nighttime hours and weather conditions, you may not be able to use it.

■ Pet lounge

• Opening hours: Thursday-Sunday 15:00-21:00

• Location: 3rd Floor, Building B

• To use the pet lounge, please make a reservation at the pet lounge after checking in.

• One dog can use it free of charge for up to 2 hours. (Additional cost: 10,000 won per hour/ additional dog 10,000 won per hour)

• Operating hours may change and use may be restricted without prior notice depending on the hotel's operating conditions.

ㆍInfinity Pool: Daily, 10:00 - 18:00

※ 2026year 10month 12working~16The indoor pool will not operate during the day due to facility maintenance.

※ During the winter season, the use of the infinity pool may be restricted depending on weather and operating conditions.

※ When using the indoor swimming pool, you must wear a hat or hat.

※ The walker tube can only be used by infants under 36 months.

■ Sauna & open-air bath

Every day, 06:30 - 21:00 (closed regularly: 2nd Tuesday of every month)

※ The sauna will not be operated from June 9 to 11, 2026 due to facility maintenance.

※ Available for ages 16 and up.

※ You must wear a swimsuit when using the open-air bath.
