1. Spa

  • The spa is closed every Tuesday to maintain water quality and facilities.

  • If Tuesday is a public holiday, it will operate normally.

  • 15,000 won regular price/Guest regular price 12,000 won/Children 8,000 won

  • Child criteria: 36 months to 13 years old

2.Free access to the Wild Garden, Starlight Garden, Alpha and Parrot, and Healing Trails

  • If you are not a staying customer, you will be charged an admission fee of 8,000 won for the combined pass

  • Alpha and parrot carts are free for hotel guests only/ Regular price 3,000 won per person (one-way)


3. Family Pool

  • Open from 12:00 to 20:00 on May, June, and September; 11:00 to 20:00 on July and August

  • Closed on the last Wednesday of every month except July due to general cleaning

  • Regular price 30,000 won per adult, 20,000 won per child/50% discount for guests (discount applies when using on the day of check-in)

  • The Family Pool will end operations on September 28, 2026. Please make no mistake in using it.

4. Breakfast

  • Breakfast: Regular price 23,000 won per adult
